    Coffee Table delivery - THE WORST!!!!

    Our coffee table was delivered, but upon opening the box we discovered that only the top was delivered. We contacted the customer service about the missing parts. They shipped them and we received the legs and the hardware the following week. That was on December 9, 2024. However, there is an additional part that connects the legs that never came. Today is December 27. I am on their customer chat trying to get the update on my missing coffee table part. They just closed it due to an inactivity. I did not respond within 5 minutes! They are not responding to me now. Extremely disappointing experience.

    Promises made to get a sale, but they don’t deliver.

    Needed product within three weeks, sales people said we could cancel if that was not possible but they never called to tell us it would actually take six weeks. In order to cancel we are being penalized 10%. It appears sales people are allowed to promise anything in order to get a sale. Will never shop there again.

    Delivered a broken couch and won’t replace it.

    They delivered a broken couch and refuse to replace the broken piece. The back is broken. Customer service is horrible.

    Worst Customer service and supply used/ Bad furniture

    I had a deeply disappointing experience with Ashley Furniture Canada. My order of a Bed Cadmori and nightstand arrived with significant issues. The bed headboard showed clear signs of previous use, including black marks and scratches. The nightstand's built-in charger was non-functional. When I reported these problems, customer service was unhelpful, refusing to take action and citing an unreasonable 48-hour reporting window. They dismissed the bed's issues as mere "cosmetic changes". The wait time for repairing the nightstand was excessively long at over a month. This level of service is unacceptable for new, paid-for furniture. I strongly advise caution when considering purchases from Ashley Furniture Canada based on my experience.

    Bad Customer service Experience

    Contacted Customer service for my mattress which I bought for 2200 CAD, The mattress start to sag and pumping up and down. they said for sagging should be accepted for warranty when surface level compressed to 1.5 Inch, and for pumping issue just said it is not manufacturing warranty and declined my claim without proper investigation and physical inspection

    Ashley absolutely is the WORST

    Promised delivery upon ordering in July. Missed the July date and then missed the new updated August date. So I called to cancel and they said it could take 10 days to return my money on the card. Eleven days later I call and then they say they submitted my claim to accounting and that takes 48 hours. So eleven days in I speak to Jason a supervisor and he stated accounting hasn't had time to process my request. I don't ever complain but the total disregard for the customer here is absolutely ridiculous.

    Dry poor customer service

    Great service from the salesman. Broken chair and virtually impossible getting it replaced. The service has been nonexistent. I have tried for almost 2 months and they keep telling me they dont have what Im sending them. Theyre just putting me off.

    DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY

    WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They do not tell the truthabout the return policy AND installed the bed wrong. The bed doesnt work properly. Ruined our bed frame underneath and will not let us get our money back and we tried to return within less than 48 hours.

    DO NOT SHOP HERE

    By far the worst service iv ever seen from a company!! Over 4 months ago we payed for our couch to be told it won't be delivered for 3 months, to then only receive half of the couch, then told it will be another month for the other half, and now to receive a phone call today 2 days before it's suppose to be delivered that it's going to be next month as they still don't have it!!! Discusting customer service shocking communication, and over all horrible company

    Unbelievably pooooor customer service- can’t be described

    I cant begin to describe the frustration! No sense me even starting- 2/6 dining room chairs dont match, an unfinished recliner and rips in 2 of the sofas and NOBODY cares! Unbelievable frustration. I have called a thousand times and nobody cares. I think I have to give up before I have a nervous breakdown!! We were forewarned of this and didnt heed the warning. Read the worst reviews and assume that to be the status quo! Dont be sucked in at the store- they will be nice to get the sale THEN will NOT help you!! My warning DO NOT SHOP here! I purchased my home with 1/50th less frustration than this place
