    WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!- its a long review but I am mad! This was the worst experience I have ever had from start to finish. We ordered a sectional couch, and were provided with the tracker for the day of delivery. They showed up 2 hours before their scheduled time, we were not ready. They drop off a couch and as we unpack we realize they one piece is broken, like it was dropped. We called immediately. Their solution was to order a new upholstery piece- which we had to wait 3-4 weeks to have delivered to out home. When it arrived, we called and arranged for them to pick up the piece that was broken and the piece to fix it. They were to have it for a week. Ashley furniture came to pick up the piece and scratched the paint off our less than year old door ( which cost more than the couch). I immediately asked what they are going to do about the door they ruined- he took pictures and sent them in and said "don't worry, it'll be covered" Nope, not at all!! After almost 2 months, they came back and said the claim was denied as the driver said he does recollect this happening.. why would he take picture? There is no changing their mind. James (manager) said it was the drivers word over ours, and they of course didn't side with us, their solution was for me to go through our insurance and that there was nothing they would do and there was no one else I could speak to to change their mind, so here I am, educating you about the shadiness that is Ashleys Furniture ... do your research, buy from a reputable company. They do not support you, or make the issues they caused right.

    Sectional sofs nightmare

    Run as far as you can do not buy from this company .Bought a new sectional sofa had to wait 5 months for delivery this companys white glove delivery destroyed my brand new hard wood floors ($6400) in damage and basically said not there problem sectional was delivered damaged they have since repaired the sofa its still not corrected

    Customer service and product

    Im very happy with the service and the product at Ashley store in Mississauga. I went to the store to look for a king bed , it was very welcoming at the store , one of the sale representatives was very nice and helpful, her name is Phuong , with her help I bought my king bed . The delivery was same week . The bed was on stock so that made the delivery fast . The delivery guys installed my bed , cleaned everything . Im very happy with the whole experience. AngelaJ

    Horrible

    furnitures had problems with color scratches ,sewing on handles and i had to call many times

    No Accountability, Bad Customer Service

    I bought a couch and called in to schedule a delivery for early in December 2023. Delivery date came and went with no couch delivered. Called a second time and they said it was my mistake and I must have been confused about the date. I was moving all my furniture to a new house in early December so it was very important that the couch came at the agreed upon time and I am certain this was communicated to Ashley Furniture. Couch is delivered one week late in mid December and the delivery guys will not move the couch I have temporarily in place. This is despite the people at the store assuring us that they would move any furniture needed. This is another big issue since the guys who helped me move in are no longer around. I have no way of moving any of the furniture currently in place. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. You have been warned.

    Horrible customer service

    Horrifying customer experience, extremely disappointing and I would never ever suggest anyone to go tho Ashley for window shopping as they keep give false information about the products and services , a bunch of illiterate and rude people running the company, now that discuss with my friends at least 3 of them have had horrendous experiences with them. Its a shame the company should shut down or legal investigations need to be done, how can they get away with so much of fake talks, horrible experience please dont go to them.

    Appalling customer service

    Hello On Sept 23 we ordered 2 recliners from the Ashley store in saskatoon clarence ave. On Oct 15 we were told they would be delivered oct 17. We would rec an email on the 16th then a call on the morning of the 17 to let us know what tome and then a phone call 15 mins prior to the "white glove delivery". We waited all day at home on the 17th. I finally phoned at 5 pm and got a recording that our shipment was delayed and would be delivered sat the 21st. I called again as we were not available on the 21 and they said the nxt date was nov 7. My husband called the store to cancel the order and they hung up on him 3 times. Needless to say he was furious! The sales man then called begging him to not cancel and said the chairs were in the warehouse not delayed. Then the manager called and again asked him not to cancel the order. We decided that we didnt want to wait on the delivery and would not deal with a store with such poor customer service. We cancelled the order. Now we have a bill with fairstone for 359.09. I have tried contacting the store numerous 5+ times and have been promised the manager will call me back. No call. There is no way we should have to pay anything for such poor customer service. Also as a side note we were misled to about the fabric on the chairs. I asked twice and the salesman and manager told me it was leather. Online it says it is polyester. Also i understand there is a recall on the cup holders that catch fire. I want this charge removed!

    Bad workmanship on a recliner sofa

    I purchased a 2 Seat PWR Rec SOFA ADJ HDREST on July 18, 2023 and it was delivered on July 29, 2023. After a few days we noticed that the left hand side seat was sloping to the left. I called Ashley Care service and eventually, after sending photos and the technicians stating there was nothing wrong with the sofa, we eventually had a technician call at my condo. He stripped the sofa and noticed that the frame was put together wrongly. One side of the wooden frame was higher at one end and lower at the other end. Now after another wait of 3 weeks I have been informed that they are going to take the sofa away. We are elderly what am I to sit on? Ashley are refusing to exchange my sofa for another one. Trying to get to a complaint department is impossible. I am now at a point of calling the head office in Wisconsin. I also paid $499.00 for the Care Service.

    This store has the most ridiculous cs policies when it comes to complaining about the mistakes they made on YOUR orders. They don't get back to you and send you from one bot to the next until you give up!! Do not recommend it!!
