purchased a fridge, stove, built-in oven, dryer, and dishwasher from Bills Appliances, all of which were delivered to my home on October 5th. When our contractor unboxed the fridge for installation on October 21st, we discovered that the size was wrong. I immediately went to the store to arrange an exchange for the correct size, and during my first visit, the staff clearly told me that an exchange was possible. Their website also states that returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. We had already agreed to pay a 20% restocking fee and cover the labor costs for uninstalling the fridge. However, when I returned the next day to process the exchange, you suddenly refused to honor the previous commitment. This kind of behavior is extremely irresponsible and shows a complete lack of integrity. I have to ask, does Bills Appliances policy mean that once the goods are out the door, they wash their hands of it? This level of service and attitude is utterly unacceptable. My trust in your company has been completely shattered, and for a company selling high-value appliances, this level of service is extremely disappointing. I strongly urge you to reconsider this situation, honor your commitments, and immediately take action to correct this highly unprofessional handling of the issue.

we bought kitchen appliances, I had issues with hood fan. They have called the manufacturer and fixed. They called me to see few times, weather they have come. what a service. I will recommend anyone.

Billa Appliances (Raj) took the time to help with features and options/value by manufacturer. Their professionalism and approach are a positive contrast to other appliance-only retailers in Ontario. Highly recommended for knowledge, honesty, clarity to expectations.

I think Billa has the best selection of appliances and they had the same model of dishwasher which fit my condo. I am very impressed with their wide range of appliances they stock and was glad they had the model I needed in stock.

I was very impressed with the wide range of product selection available at Billa Appliances. I got a good deal on a Bluestar gas range which I had been looking at for a very long time. With my existing range oven breaking down, it was a perfect timing for me to pick this. They delivered it and carefully helped me move it in place. Very happy with my purchase.

Our old dryer stopped working and my uncle suggested Billa Appliance as his son had bought appliances for him from Billa Appliance. We went to Billa Appliance Store in Markham. We bought LG Dryer DLEX3850V last Friday. Tony provided us excellent service and gave us at good price. Tony was so efficient that he arranged the dryer to be delivered next day. Next day on Saturday, the Billa Appliance delivery guys (PJ and Sukha) came on time and delivered the dryer. PJ and Sukha were both very kind and professional. I had taken extended warranty from Billa Appliance and got the email from Comerco Services. The whole process was quick and so far happy with the service. The dryer so far is working well. I would definitely go back to Billa Appliance for other appliance purchase in future and also recommend it to family/friends.

Billa had exactly the dishwasher I wanted in stock at a really good price, when most places would have had to order it which would take 4 to 6 months! Billa delivered it the next day. Everyone at Billa was very gracious and helpful. Its a great dishwasher. We couldnt be happier. Thank you, Billa!

I have purchased various appliances from Billa for years. I think they have one of the largest collection on display at their showroom in Markham. Their staff is also very helpful in answering my questions every time I had one. I am very happy with my Samsung 5burner Gas range and delivery was quite fast.

We having been dealing with Billa for years. We always get a great price better then what you can find on the web. We needed to get a washer FAST for our rental house...our tenants have a baby. We were abled to order it and have it delivered the next day. At the same time we bought a second washer for us and a dryer for my mom. All delivered within 24 hours. The only thing that went wrong was the delivery guy was TERRIFIED of our dog who was behind a gate very calm just watching. We literally had to beg the guy to come inside.

Purchased a range and hood. Manny provided us with exceptional service. They had the best prices compared to others. Delivery of appliances were on time as promised. Would highly recommend to others.
