    installation of duct smoke detector, checking gas lines, installing valves and connecting a stove.

    He did a thorough check of my furnace and installed a smoke detector. In addition he listed some issues with my furnace which was recently installed by a different company. I informed the installer of the furnace and they accepted to correct their installation.

    Combi boiler repair

    I cannot recommend this company to other customers. They took my money but did not complete the job. I had to hire another company - at additional cost - to complete the job. I hired the company to repair my combi-boiler that broke down. They repaired a leak then the boiler would not start. They did not want to keep talking to the manufacturer support line, they pretended they knew what the issue was and wanted to change the design of the installation and charge way more money. I HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER COMPANY TO COMPLETE THE JOB. The other company took the time to review the installation with the manufacturer and it was confirmed fine. They also took the time on the phone with the support line to troubleshoot until finding the cause of the problem and fixing it . I was not satisfied with their work. Mark spent much of his time watching social media videos and was not even interested in finding a solution. He only wanted to get paid without even fixing the problem and I had to struggle to even have him produce an invoice. I will not recommend this company

    this gentleman called me and said his tankless was installed a year ago and is not working, and he identified the error code. I told him for dispatch and diagnosis fee when I arrived he said the tankless gas been flooring. when I checked I noticed it's a combi boiler , not a tankless however with the same rate as tankless, for price of 200, I fixed the leak and the error. I explained to him the combi boiler does not HAVE PRIMARY LOOP, OTGERWISE THE DESIGN FLOW UD FIXED, the unit is not going to work. I gave gime the price of additional 1000 to add primary loop. which he agreed initially, but when we left he wrote to our request fova date to fix, he refused and slandered us in the text message

    New Navien Full Home Boiler

    We recently engaged House Depot for a new boiler installation for our home for both radiant floor and older radiator heating. They were competitive in pricing and very responsive; within one week, we had the new boiler quoted and installed! We also found Mark and Amir to be very professional and knowledgable. Mark went above and beyond to help us install a new thermostat and ensure it was working before he left. We highly appreciate the team's expertise and professionalism and highly recommend this company!

    Furnace Replacement

    Our furnace broke down in cold weather and Mark came the same night to do an initial assessment. It was replaced the next day, for a very reasonable price. It is tough to find a service that comes this quickly and does a good job, so I highly recommend them.

    Furnace replacement, heatpump installation

    Highly recommended HVAC company. I decided to replace my old furnace and air conditioner. They install a new furnace and heat pump eligible for Greener Home Grants rebate. They are professional and paying attention to details. Highy recommended.

    Excellent trouble shooters!

    We have had House Depot in a couple of times to fix nagging electrical issues. Most recently to deal with a couple of light fixtures that were not working, and to fix a short circuit issue with a ceiling fan installed by a large hardware chain. They fixed all three issues in a little over an hour, and made sure to test everything before they left. Very prompt and professional!

    Hot water tank replacement

    After realizing my old tank had a leak, I called House Depot and Mark and his team were prompt and professional. A quote was provided and the work was completed the next day! Mark explained what needed to be done and was very thorough and meticulous in his work.

    Furnace (emergency replacement)

    We have had Mark work on our previous furnace and ac a few times over the past 10 years, and his service and advice has always been great! This time our furnace broke down on a late Feb morning, and he was there to look at within a half day. We needed to replace the furnace in the midst of the cold winter, and with the help of Mazier to guide us on new options and Mark to install we had a new furnace within a few days. They are kind people, respectful and never concerned with upselling, and yet gives good advice around questions of quality. Before this, we always felt good about having Mark to help with our heating/cooling concerns, and now that has increased. I will recommend them without hesitation to family or friends. Thanks so much!!

    Great Service!

    We used Houde Depot for replacement of our old boiler. They installed a new Navien Combination boiler and we are very happy with their service. Highly recommend these quys!

    Heat Pumps

    Quick service, reasonable cost. Mark was very helpful and accommodating with our needs. We are happy with the work he and Markus did with the installation of 3 heat pump units in our home. Mazier was also very helpful with providing all the invoices and documentation needed and registering our unit with the manufacturer. Thank you!
