    Purchase & delivery of Gas Dryer

    Christmas week and our 30 year old gas dryer dies . Parts not available to repair so a new one was the only option. I tried contacting a well known appliance retailer that we have used in the past and they did not return my call or email. Tried another well known retailer in Toronto with an in person visit, and after waiting 20 minutes to talk to the rep, he told us there was at least a 6 week waiting period for gas dryers. We then made a 3 minute drive to CAS who solved our problem within half an hour. Delivery in 2 days! The only complication was the necessity to engage a third party to disconnect and reconnect the gas. CAS could do better for their clients by offering a turn-key in house solution for gas appliance customers.

    Great company

    Easy ordering Quick delivery Great prices Huge snowstorm and I was the last call of the day, despite the snow and long day the delivery guys were friendly, professional and fast.

    Fridge

    Our fridge quit so they found a near identical replacement and had it delivered in 3 days

    Good wholesome service

    Mike asked me to supply the specific tank I had so he would have all the necessary parts on hand avoiding the return trip and extra costs. He promptly repaired my tank in a short time and I was happy with the result. I would recommend and call him again if necessary.

    Appliance purchase and delivery

    Customer Service Rep was very knowledgeable about the products I was looking for. They had lots of products in the show room and in stock for immediate delivery. The two young men delivered the products. The washing machine was installed and the old machine taken away. Great service from start to finish.

    Sales Rep and installers were fantastic!!

    My sales rep was fantastic. Gave me a great price The installers were here right on time, I were very quick and efficient would definitely order from Canadian appliance source again!!
