I purchased a fridge from this company earlier this year. I did it over the phone cause I didnt realize they had many locations. I was assured by the salesman that I could return it within 30 days, no questions asked. Well guess what, it was delivered, did not quite fit, and I couldnt return it. They said because I plugged it in to see if it worked that it was installed . I asked to hear the conversation with the sales person but they would not let me. Even if they gad allowed me to return it, there was a 25% restocking fee which was not mentioned by the salesman

The delivery was very smooth, no damage to the property and all appliances were placed on the requested locations.

The delivery and installation was quick and ahead of time. Very good communication and tracking.

We needed to buy an upright FREEZER . The invoice stated that we bought a FREEZER. We plugged in our FREEZER for 3 hours after delivery, then loaded the new FREEZER with frozen food from our old freezer. Two weeks later I discovered that our food was refrigerated ie about 35 degrees and was not frozen. I sent an urgent email to my salesman 2 days ago but have yet to hear back. I asked to speak to the GM of the store and was told there isnt one. Today I discovered that I had not purchased a FREEZER In fact I had purchased a REFRIGERATOR/ FREEZER which is not what I needed or wanted. Nobody had informed me of this. Today we tossed out at least $1000 of frozen food (6 large garbage bags). This situation could have been easily avoided if the salesman had simply told us that we were buying a Refrigerator/ Freezer or even if the invoice had properly described the product I was buying. Customer Service was useless in this case and simply told me to contact the Manufacturer. Pictures are available on request.

Canadian appliance source has a lot of appliance to choose. I bought two fridges from them. Very easy to deal with and delivery was flawless.

From sales to delivery, service was excellent. Great prices for quality products! We were well informed regarding delivery times, and the drivers were respectful and courteous.
