    The delivery guys worked perfect.

    With two months delay i received the WallOven. The delivery was smooth and those guys were professional.

    Dishwasher Purchase

    Our dishwasher broke down and as we had been very satisfied with the Bosch brand that outlasted the life expectancy of other brands, we did some research online on the Flipp App. We found the price point at CAS was better than other appliance stores in our area. We ordered the appliance on Saturday and could have received it on a Tuesday, we had to defer to Wednesday due to our previous commitments. We were kept informed of the delivery and the time we could expect to receive our new dishwasher. The process was seamless and Tony, the salesman we dealt with was very pleasant. The delivery people were also quite nice to deal with. The only reason we did not give them a five-star review is the fact that we had delivery issues during a previous purchase at this store. However, everything went according to our total satisfaction.

    Good pricing, tons of appliance options of popular brands and quick service!

    Our fridge of 17 years suddenly stopped working on Sunday evening. On Monday, I looked up the best type of fridge I should get and found similar models on CAS' website. They make it very easy to connect with a salesperson immediately through their online chat system and answer any questions I had and they could recommend other brands to check out. I looked up the pricing of this model on other retailer sites and it was the same or less. The best part was that they could deliver it to me the next day! I received both a text and email to confirm the delivery day and time window (4 hrs; 8 AM to 12 PM) and they were on time. The delivery guys were very careful in moving out the old fridge and moving in the new one, and placed it exactly as I wanted it. They were polite and very efficient. I am very happy with the fast service and competitive pricing on high quality appliances. I am actually now buying a dishwasher from them too!

    New washing machine

    Washing machine broke and was not repairable, so was able order another and have it delivered in 2 days.

    Washing Machine Replacement

    I recently went to CAS to arrange for a new washing machine in exchange for a defective one. The Disputes Resolution department was great about facilitating the exchange with the manufacturer, explaining my options, and advising me on next steps. The sales person in the store made the arrangements for a next-day delivery which was on time and effectively and efficiently connected my new washer. The additional cost was for the extended warranty. After months of dealing with the manufacturer, CAS made it happen. Thanks!

    Purchase Dishwasher

    It was easy to purchase dishwasher and given specifications of different manufactures specifications. So I can decide an all steel inside versus partially plastic and the dB as low as possible.

    Great product, pricing and service.

    Good competitive pricing per product. Delivery service was 35min late, but they were efficient and very professional.

    The sale force was very knowledgeable with the appliances and help me chose what would work best for my family. Delivery was on time and the two young men where very considerate. Thank you; the experience from start to finish was amazing.

    washer/dryer

    The appliance rep was very personable and knowledgeable . Didn't try to oversell the appliances . He sent me the facts and details by e-mail the same day. Once purchased , I was given a week for delivery. They came in a week and in a timely manner. The installation was quick and efficient . I haven't had the time as yet to get a wash in but the digital interfaces for the washer and dryer are working. So all in all the service I have to say for us was great. The appliances will have to speak for themselves as we use them.
