    Washer abAnd dryer

    I purchased the washer and dryer from a very knowledgeable and polite sales representative. The installation was efficient and quick . I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who was looking for appliances.

    Bosch Washer and Dryer

    I was looking for the Bosch washer and dryer pair in various stores, but none had them in stock. When I contacted CAS Appliance Service, the associate was able to find both appliances for me and ensure delivery. I was impressed during my phone call by the time the associate took to answer all my questions and to ask her manager if she did not know the answer. Delivery was prompt and at the designated time. The driver took the time to ask me where the machines were going before bringing them in. Both he and the other delivery person were quick and efficient and very pleasant and polite.

    Terrific store with great prices (don't do the extended warranty)

    Got the lowest price around for what I was looking for. This is my fourth appliance purchase from CAS and they have a great team. Only issue I have had was with the company they use for extended warranty, so we use a different service.

    Great service and delivery

    I had a pleasant customer experience at the Toronto showroom purchasing a refrigerator and the delivery service was also efficient, friendly, and professional. Keep up the great work!

    Appliances for my new home

    This company has been feeding me with constant back-order updates. It's been over 4 months with 8 re-schedules so far. Two time they have missed their ETA and you;d have to call them or chat with them to get them to update the date of yet another promise to deliver. Stay away fro it. The have decent prices but you get what you paid for.

    Bought a washer, would not start, requested return or replacement, and they refused.

    I bought a new washer, hired delivery, installation, and removal of the old washer from them. The washer would not start on the same day. I filed a case and requested return or replacement within 24 hours. Weeks dealing with the return department, and they just refuse to return or replace the appliance. Horrible experience. Don't ever buy from them.

    Great service

    Great delivery guys they paid attention for things that I worried about And they moved my old stove to where I wanted it which I was very happy about
