    Great delivery Service!

    We found what we wanted on linewent into the store to make the arrangements which allowed for an additional rebate. The Delivery app was amazingly accurate and it was really nice to get updates and notifications. The gentlemen doing the delivery were great to deal with and friendly. Very happy with the service we received.

    Service

    Very efficient delivery. I like how you can track the status of my delivery. The crew members were polite and efficient. From the time they arrived to dropping off the item less than 15 minutes.

    Upright Freezer

    Sunday morning. Noticed a small puddle in front of our 20 year old basement freezer. Upon opening the door, I noticed some of the items placed in the freezer the day before had not frozen. Googled new freezer and the lowest price came from CAS. I was about to call the store, when I noticed it was 6:00am. Started to place the order on line to obtain a delivery date. It would be a two day wait. Up ok n placing the order, received a 350.00 credit, placed towards extended warranty and delivery. Two young chaps called at 8:15am Tuesday morning. Caller advised they were about 45 mins away. 8:55am, truck arrived, new freezer delivered, old freezer removed. 9:05am. Young chaps off to their next delivery.

    Stove delivery and installation

    Delivery and installation was done rapidly and efficiently, and the servicemen Gregg and Peter were cheerful, polite and extremely competent.

    One small issue...

    Michael was great on the phone - awesome customer service. The delivery was flawless - very professional, careful and detailed team. Also was able to get a fridge in 3 days, where other places were telling me not until Halloween. The only downfall I had was that I wanted to pick the fridge up at my closest store but was told "the item is to large to be picked up at this location" so I was forced to pay for the delivery. Not sure how a fridge is "too large" to pick up from a store that sells appliances. It was just a standard 30inch, top mount fridge. Other then having to spend an extra $90, the rest of the service and delivery was amazing!

    GE Profile Fridge

    Great buying experience. Purchased a HARD to find WHITE FRIDGE. Everything was compled over the phone. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE! Delivery was EXCELLENT as well. Marlon was AMAZING. He helped me to remove sliding doors. FANTASTIC SERVICE!

    Refrigerator Delivery and Removal

    Delivery team was very professional and efficient. They were friendly and respectful and very careful to not damage the walls. They took measurements making sure both the new and old fridge would fit through hallways and doors. The popped off the front door and put it back on when they were finished. Very pleased with this service!
