DO NOT buy from this company. They caused a lot of damage to our home when they delivered our new refrigerator and dishwasher. We filled out a property damage claim, however; they denied it. They refused to fix the damage caused by their delivery people! Horrible customer service.

We bought an LG WashTower from Canadian Appliance Source, which included delivery and installation. It was delivered with no noticeable dents or scratches, but the installers said they had no foil tape to hook it up to the existing vent so could not do the job. We got in touch with the Customer Care team and were told we had to change the pipe. When questioned as to what specific change had to be made, they were not able to tell us. Several phone calls back and forth with our salesman and the Customer Care team, we were then told we could have it installed at a cost of $229.95. Since installation was to be included with purchase, this was unacceptable, and were told our order for installation was cancelled. This was confirmed by our salesman, and no refund for installation would be forthcoming. We would definitely not recommend First Class Delivery!
