    Washer and dryer

    Great salesman and service installers. Prices are reasonable and fair. Sona is a great salesman in Kitchener.

    Refrigerator Purchase

    I purchased a refridgerator online for my mother on Saturday and it was delivered on Tuesday as promised. No other stores had inventory available. Delivery people were quick and kind. They did not install the handles however, which would have been an issue for my senior mother had I not been there. Otherwise a good experience.

    Solid Service

    My contact Adib is very knowledgable about his products and responds to my queries right away. Stock is an issue, but when I want to change an item to get one that is available, Adib knows just the substitute.

    Refrigerator purchase

    My fridge died on Sunday afternoon at 3pm and by Sunday at 6pm Kaidean, the sales rep, had sourced me a new fridge that was delivered by Tuesday at 10:30 am. That is incredible service, especially since there are often long waiting times for products because of Covid. Plus, the delivery guys were friendly and super competent. I am thrilled.

    Lg electric range delivery

    Delivery was super quick, quiet and without any issues. We love the look of the new stove and look forward to using it.

    LG Refrigertor

    Excellent customer service helping selecting the right product and providing recommendations. Love the email notification system keeping us updated on delivery timing and thing to do prior delivery to ensure all will go smooth! Delivery team was really amazing helping with all logistics of getting a fridge in place - and the space was really a close call!!!

    Refused to return a damaged brand new refrigerator

    I paid for a brand new refrigerator, after delivery with the delivery people on side we found water dispenser panel damaged. In addition with dents and scratches and paint loss in multiple areas on the fridge. I noted in the delivery sheet and contacted customer service. After 2 days the customer service replied to offer a compensation which I did not think its enough to compensate the defects so I requested a replacement. Customer service ignored my request and called for manufacturer service on my behalf without my permission. Case is not closed yet but the entire situation makes me really exhausted. I paid for a brand new product expected to received it damage-free but now it seems I am forced to accept this damaged unit.

As such, we have no way of knowing if an appliance is defective. We regret to learn that your refrigerator arrived damaged. Please note, that CAS receives all of the products we sell directly from the manufacturer, in their original packaging. At times, there may be an appliance that comes with a defect. Please note that our customers do have the option to refuse an appliance if any damage to the unit is discovered upon delivery. However, we can understand that you were not able to notice the damages right away upon delivery. This is why our manufacturers will stand in and address any issues as they hold the first year manufacturer's warranty. Would you please kindly contact our After-Sales Team at casreviews@caslp.ca to provide your order number so that we can address your concerns directly?     Washer & Dryer

    Sales - I dealt with Naveed and he was great. He answered all my questions and he provided the best possible price for our purchase. Delivery/Installation - Real time tracking of time window was great. Delivery was on time. Installation was seamless and efficient.

    LG washer and dryer

    The purchase was easy and they had the products. The delivery and set up team were terrific and are a big part of why well be back. They worked efficiently and were extremely helpful and polite. Thank you so much team!!
