    Lg washer and dryer

    We purchased washer and dryer based on consumer report reviews. The price was competitive and we had no issues with delivery time.

    Breakdown and don’t honour warranties

    We bought all our appliances and extended warranties from CAS. What a mistake. 4 out of 5 appliances broke down within 2 yrs. When we tried to get service through extended warranty they came up with ridiculous excuses not to fix them like water going into dishwasher is not hot enough even though water is 53 degrees . The knob fell off the stove and they claim turning on the stove is not part of the essential function! We feel ripped off !

    Great service.

    I love everything about my interaction with CAS with the exception that I wish I didn't have to haggle. I wish they would just volunteer their best price instead of going back and forth. But really, I'd go back to CAS for future appliance needs.

    Great price - quick delivery

    Ordered a washer/dryer and got a great deal. It was delivered next day! Highly recommend - very seamless process

    AVOID - Eight months still waiting for my dishwasher

    Ordered a dishwasher in August 2021 and paid in full. I'm still waiting for it in April 2022. Told originally that it would take about two months; no problem. We're now in month eight with no sign of a dishwasher--delivery has been bumped back seven times. The same model is now listed for $200-300 more, and George my sales guy won't price match alternatives or give me a straight answer as to whether he's even called the manufacturer to follow up. At one point, he literally told me to get a refund and find it somewhere else LOL WHAT. Had to leave a negative Google review to even get an email at one point. Absolutely ridiculous; avoid this place.
