The advice in-house, the delivery and install were greatly appreciated and to have the old washer taken away was a bonus. Your tracking app allowed me freedom of movement and work around home while I was waiting and I found all personnel professional and helpful.

We waited four months for a part for the refrigerator we had until the parts co. Texted me and said we are going to refund our money in which I suspected the part was no longer available and using a Mini fridge was no longer working I was recommended to try CAS from my brother which is a appliance repairman and the red is history we are very happy .

Very pleased with in-store service care and quick, next day delivery. We purchased our dishwasher from CAS in the past, and returned because of the no-nonsense service.

Despite the narrow hallways and doors in this older house delivery was swift and incurred no damage whatsoever. A door was removed and replaced. Both men were extremely courteous and respectful of the home-- wiping their shoes as they entered. A very happy start to the day !! Thank you !!

The sales team at Canadian Appliance Source made purchasing my microwave incredibly easy and smooth. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up at the warehouse where I was given the wrong model. Mistakes happen, but CAS handled it really well. As soon as I let them know, the after-sales team took responsibility and quickly fixed it. They refunded my installation fee and made sure the correct microwave was ready for pickup the next day. The After-Sales Manager kept me informed and was super helpful throughout. CAS made sure I was happy with the solution, and Im really impressed with how they handled everything. They took complete ownership of the issue and made it right.

Bought a dishwasher over the phone which was fine. Delivery was OK, but I had to pay extra to get the old unit removed, even though sales said it was included. The installation company was not very good. There were issues with scheduling the appointment, and I got conflicting information from their phone agent and the website. Even though I paid for a complete replacement of an existing unit (which includes removal of the old unit which was already gone), they did not remove the packing material from the new item. Instead they filled our trash can.
