    Washer and Dryer, delivery, installation and old appliances taken away

    Good communication. Tracking available for time of delivery. Polite, amicable delivery personnel. Washer and Dryer, delivery, installation and old appliances taken away. Even the cardboard and packing materials for new appliances removed.

    Kitchen appliance

    Great service, people came and delivered appliances and took the old ones out. Very efficient amd on time delivery. Were very responsive to communications too. The deivery people were very kind

    Washer Dryer delivery

    Washer/Dryer delivered and installed on promised date. Old set removed as expected. Gent's were curteos, pleasant, efficient and professional. Th7mbs up to the entire experience with Canadian Appliance Source company.

    Side by side fridge

    Very professional and friendly service. I am very happy with this purchase and recommend it and the service (which was very good) to everyone, who wants to buy new appliances.

    New appliances

    Lucky as I am, I broke my stove, dishwasher and washing-machine in the same week!! Every other store I went to had a 2 weeks delivery minimum. I called CAS, had an experienced sales person on the line, half an our later my order was placed and received my appliances 3 business days later. Very happy with the service.

    Ordered fridge in Nov2020 still waiting in July2021

    We placed a large order of all new home appliances in November 2020 through CAS. The sales agent was very responsive before the purchase. We are still waiting for the fridge in July 2021 and they keep changing the expected date. The sales agent stopped responding to my emails months ago and the customer service line keeps saying it likely won’t be delayed again, but on the actual expected date, it keeps changing to another future date. I’ve asked to speak to someone in management and they refuse to put me through to someone. They told me to speak to my sales agent, but he has not responded to my last 5 emails. Terrible customer service.

    PRE-SELECTED MODEL. VISITED TWO STORES. FIRST WAS TERRIBLE. CAS HUGE DIFFERENCE...HELPFUL FRIENDLY SALES. BETTER SHOWROOM/ INVENTORY ON FLOOR EFFICIENT FOLLOW-UP/ DELIVERY AS SCHEDULED. TERRIFIC CREW. (INSTALL TO COME IN 4 DAYS. QUICK CONTRACTORS... USED BY CAS. FAIR PRICE.) RECOMMEND CAS HIGHLY.

    Refrigerator purchase

    Purchased an Lg French Door fridge with next day delivery. Arrived at promised time and delivery guys were polite and accommodating. All other stores did not have the unit in stock and estimated delivery would have been about 3 weeks with no guarantee. Canadian Appliance Source had item in stock.

    Good price and smooth delivery

    We bought a new fridge at CAS and we’re able to get a really good price. The delivery of the new fridge and removal of old fridge was done professionally.

    Search for Kitchen Appliance

    Our stove broke and we were looking to replace it. We went to different stores but they could not help us They didn't have what we wanted or it would take weeks or months to be delivered. My wife found Canadian Appliances on Google. From the moment we entered the Oakville/Burlington location, we saw what we needed, but most importantly it was in stock. We selected the make and model of our choice. The salesman was knowledgeable, competent and friendly. The delivery guys were great, friendly and very professional in their conduct. Great experience, I will certainly recommend CAS. Thank you
