    Kitchen Renovation

    We bought our 5-pieces kitchen appliances at Canadian Appliance. We made our order in December last year and still not getting all of our appliances in May this year while the sales promised to deliver everything by April if we pay in full. What's worse, the oven is not working when it's delivered. We will never buy things at this store again! And I strongly recommend everyone to avoid this place, after you pay your deposit they will never care about you.

    Fast and Friendly Service

    I was pleasantly surprised how quickly my new dryer arrived after placing a phone order with a helpful Toronto sales rep. We know there has been a backorder on a lot of major appliances as a result of the pandemic so this was a welcome change. Less than 24 hours after placing my order, my Maytag dryer arrived, delivered by two very friendly delivery men. I am extremely happy with the entire process from start to finish.

    Super Easy

    Microwave of 11 years died on a Friday. It lived a good live and served us well. Finding a replacement did require that we find a replica in size as it was fitted to specific dimensions in our wall of cabinets. We found that model (Panasonic - basically the new version of the one we bought in 2011) but CAS was one of the only stores (outside of Amazon) in Canada that sells it. We wanted to go to an appliance-specialist, so we went with CAS and they matched Amazon's offer in every way. Ordered on a Sunday, delivered in perfect condition on a Tuesday. They also removed the old microwave. Very pleasant and efficient delivery team. Microwave was set-up and working perfectly in 10 minutes. Very happy family!

    Appliance Electric Range purchase

    Was able to quickly find the product I needed on their site and was able to get a good discount when chatting with their sales rep. Delivery was on time and seamless.

    MAYTAG WASHER AND DRYER

    The sales team is great..I was assisted by Tim and he did a fabulous job. The delivery was also on time as promised by him and the delivery guys were also fast and efficient.

    Excellent Delivery

    Courteous delivery people. Neat and tidy with nothing left behind. They removed the old fridge and were very careful bringing in the new one and setting it up. Delivery happened on time.

    Appliances

    Ordered a washer online. Was delivered the next day. Great price on installation and take away (only $45). Excellent service both on the phone and with delivery. Have purchased an appliance from them before so was happy to return.

    Customer Focus and Good Customer Service

    Recently purchased a new refrigerator and from start to finish they provided excellent customer service. The delivery crew was incredible. Very prompt white glove service.They keep informed with step of the buying to the delivery process.

    Great!

    I searched online, since COVID prevented visiting *any* store at this time. I found appliance prices are identical from store to store, for identical items. Canadian Appliance Source, however, stood out. They were the only one who could deliver the range we wanted in as little as 2 days for a premium fee. We opted to wait a couple more days to get the FREE delivery and setup and there was an offer for FREE removal of our old appliance. Most other locations charged $80-100 for delivery, and $20-50 removal fee. The delivery service was excellent. The guys were very careful, courteous. This was an excellent experience from start to finish.

    Canadian Appliances = Fantastic Service

    CAS were amazing to deal with through every stage. Not only was our sales rep very patient with our many changes, but we didn't experience some of the same supply delays that I have heard from others. CAS were competitively priced also. On delivery day, I have plenty of pre-arrival support and onsite support from the delivery team. An overall perfect experience from CAS. Thank you.
