    Amazing from start to finish

    Our fridge broke down and we thought that we would be without one for months due to Covid. Gabriel was a fantastic sales person and helped me via the convenient chat feature on the website, phone and email from the day of purchase right up to the day of delivery only 1 week later. This was a fantastic experience.

    down draft gas range

    We have been without a range for over a month.... Our existing gas range was a down draft model. Replacing it without adding a range hood would have been very expensive. CAS found us a replacement and it was delivered and installed really quickly

    Fridge delivery

    The delivery crew were outstanding, they went above and beyond navigating a tight hallway and staircase. Thank you for the support I would highly recommend the delivery team !! Andy

    Lg fridge

    The delivery we're very personable and efficient. They had no problem taking the doors off of the fridge so that it could come through the doors. I was very impressed!

    LG Dryer

    Ordered on a Sunday and the dryer was delivered and installed on Tuesday. Good service when I ordered the dryer and the delivery and installation was done right and fast. Thank you.

    worst customer services

    Made a purchase of two appliances, only to find out day before delivery one is not in stock, called and was told pay extra and get another one, which i did. got the delivery WITHOUT the item, and the sales rep sends me a message, Oh i didnt know i cannot answer your calls i m busy get a refund: only to take out the multi appliance discount not enabling me to get this from any other store if i buy multi appliances, customer services dont answer for two days, emails not answered! anything that has to do with complaints is not answered

    Kitchen Reno

    The customer service agent who helped us purchase these appliances, which had to be done online due to COVID, was very helpful and put our mind at ease if we had any issues with the product. The gentlemen that delivered the items were courteous and also efficient. My only constructive comment would be that the exchange process was a little challenging. However, it did all get worked out in the end thanks to the commitment and dedication of our service professional.

    Kitchen Appliance

    Our salesman, Dave Thomas, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He kept us informed as to the location of the product and the expected delivery date. The delivery company was very good. In particular I was very impressed with your tracking system to tell us where the truck was and what the ETA. was. The delivery individuals were friendly and efficient.

    36” GE fridge

    Great company, great service and awesome delivery team! We bought a GE fridge, are very please with the fridge and Highly recommend Canadian Appliance Source (CAS). The whole process was easy and smooth.
