My side by side fridge suddenly stopped working and in 2 days I had a new one delivered. Sales person was great and the delivery men were fantastic, very careful when removing the old one and bringing in the new one. Highly recommend based on my experience.

Purchasing an older house, meant dealing with the dated appliances that came with it. The washing machine finally kicked the can and it was time for a replacement. The Canadian Appliance Source had the stock, product knowledge, price, and delivery times that made everything a no-brainer. Thanks so much, when the next appliance fails, we'll be coming back.

Ahmed was very helpful, explained well and was very personable. No pressure just assurance that all was good.

Excellent except the gas connection is tricky. Gas man has to disconnect the old stove and connect the new stove. Problem: the delivery guys can't take it away until this is done. And it happens on separate days so you're left to deal with it, unless you want to pay another 90$ for delivery.

Overall very satisfied with CAS. More coordination between delivery service and installation service providers will be helpful.

Delivery information was spectacular. Texts, emails and phone calls covered the date and time. Delivery service was done professionally.

In my experience, this is the best store to buy your appliances. I always deal with the same customer service representative and I plan to do this for the rest of my life. He is a top salesman: informative, smart, knowledgeable, polite, and quick. This time I bought a dryer and in a matter of 15 minutes, we completed the transaction, including arranging delivery. By the way, the delivery was also excellent.

Bought dryer online, waited a month for an update on delivery and when I called asking for delivery date they replied "oh, we can get it to you tomorrow" as if they forgot I even placed an order. Also, very unhelpful service when you pay for installation fees and removal of old dryer. If you have a stackable unit, forget it! They WILL NOT unstack your machine OR install new one. They will just leave you with the machine you bought and you have to then find some other company to install. Lastly, I bought a stackable Blomberg dryer to replace an older broken version. However, new dryers are non-compatible with old washer and they do not inform you of this when you purchase only one piece. Lady on the phone said "it is your responsibility to read and do the research on what you buy." Did not know I had to do these people's job for them. Will never buy through this company again.
