    Great Service

    This is my second time purchasing appliances here. Both times, they were courteous and efficient. They offer the best prices as well. Hands down. Highly recommend. Will use again in the future.

    Oven replacement

    Quick and polite from store to delivery. The store helped us complete our transaction over the phone and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Yvonne made me fee comfortable with mt pyrchase. The delivery guys were In and out and respectful of my neighborhood and home. I would absolutely recommend this company to my friends and family.

    Fridge, range

    Very good, professional service. Delivery on time, notifications on time as promised. Entire experiance was pleasant. Aaron Shepherd was the very professional, courteous, very patient and helpful. I will recommend to my friends.

    GE fridge bottom freezer french doors

    My refrigerator was 18 years old was not working properly. After having it serviced 4 times and being told that there is a shortage of new fridges I decided to check CAS on line to see what was available. I purchased my stove 1.5 years earlier from CAS and was pleased with the service then so I wasn't worried making an on line purchase from them. I called on a Saturday and the team member (sorry I can't remember his name) was very helpful and guided me through the product info and comparisons on only in stock product. I was told it would be delivered that following Tuesday and it did indeed arrive on that day no problems at all. Very satisfied with the service.

    Great service from beginning to end

    Purchasing support was excellent. Great guidance on available options. Delivery was set and took place in the window provided. Customer service was excellent. Highly recommended purchasing from CAS again - great experience!

    Excellent customer service and delivery

    Jamie was excellent at the Ottawa location. Very difficult to get appliances during COVID. Our dishwasher came very quickly and when our fridge was taking longer we were notified and he was accepting to making a product change. We received our new order withing 2 weeks. Delivery was on time and guys were very nice, clean and efficient.

    New Induction Range

    I did my research and submitted a pricing request online to CAS for the model we wanted. A Canadian Appliance Source sales representative called me promptly, and offered the best price I’ve seen for the range we’d selected. He was courteous and helpful. I ordered the range from him, and set my delivery date easily online. I received prompt tracking notifications on the shipment, and as it turned out, the range was ready sooner than estimated. I revised my delivery date easily online, received several automated reminders, and our stove was delivered on time, factory wrapped, and in mint condition. The delivery guys were also very helpful. We love our new range. I would shop Canadian Appliance Source again.

    Kitchen appliances

    Adam was great at getting us the appliances we needed in a crunch. The delivery was on schedule and the guys were great. Adam and CAS saved the day for us.

    Kitchen Appliances

    This is my second order with CAS. They have great service and knowledgeable staff. Sheresh assisted me in picking the right products for my needs. He really knows his products and their performance. My items arrive in a timely fashion and in perfect condition. Delivery personal were polite and removed all packaging and took it with them. I would definitely work with CAS and Sheresh on my next project.
