    Never use! Dishwasher came with rust stains everywhere and they won't let me return.

    I bought multiple appliances from CAS on the promise that they would arrive by a certain date. However, after I purchased, when I called to arrange the delivery, they said the delivery was never set for that date. I had to go in and pick up everything myself and when I unboxed the dishwasher, it was covered in rust. They asked for a picture of the box and I sent it to them but they said it's not the right kind of picture of the box. Now it's been over two months, the box is gone because we're moving and I've spent a lot of time on the phone and despite the service woman being nice and timely with her response, they are still refusing to exchange the dishwasher. I have a strange suspicion that they have lower prices because they re-sell used goods. Don't use this company - it might seem cheaper but the quality is poor and they're only focused on sales. Plus, their prices aren't that competitive compared to other appliance stores.

Regarding your new dishwasher we are very sorry to hear your new appliance was covered in rust, due to the time frame since you picked up your appliance is under manufacturer warranty. We do advise contacting the manufacturer directly incases like this as you have a one year manufacturer warranty. When a customer picks up an appliance, it is provided to them in their original, unopened packaging. In a very small percentage of orders, there can be concealed damage that is not noticed until the product is unpackaged. We receive all our appliances from the manufacturer directly we do not sell any used appliances. We again do apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. Kind regards CAS

    Fridge & delivery

    Last week I ordered an ‘in-stock’ fridge from the CAS website and I’m happy with my delivery. During Covid it is not easy to find some appliances ...so I was very happy to find this one. In June I purchased an upright freezer from CAS and I’m very happy with that too. I would recommend this company and their delivery service.

    Kitchen renovation

    I renovated my kitchen and I bought the range and fridge from Canadian Appliance Source. I waited more than three months to receive my order due to a COVID. The Frigidaire range has a bent leg and I was hoping to have it repaired without delay, but neither the sales person Derek nor the Returns Department tried to solve my problem. Basically the told me “ it is your problem” we have nothing to do with it. If CAS was a responsible company, they would automatically check the product before departing their warehouse, but they don't check, the range was damaged before it was delivered to me because I was present all the time while it was unloaded and brought to my apt. For the small savings It is NOT worth to purchase anything with them. I do not recommend this store. The customer doesn’t mean much to them. A month has gone and I am waiting to receive the leg, in the mean time my range is sitting in the middle of the kitchen.

When an order is delivered, the appliances are unpackaged when the delivery team reaches their destination.     Washer and Dryer Combo for Condo

    Very good customer service and was super happy that the products were available for delivery in 48 hours. Will recomend this store in Scarborough, it is a new location and wd are very happy to have them in Scarborough.

    Purchased small fridge

    Great transaction, happy with the pricing from CAS. Adib Narang made sure I was well taken care of. Appliance arrived much sooner than what I was expecting and the delivery guys were fantastic.

    Appliance replacement

    I am happy with sales person and delivery crew. I have not plugged in the appliance as per instructions to wait. So far so good with one exception: the refrigerator’s levelling instructions do not correspond to the refrigerator construction itself - odd indeed. I sent an email with photos requesting help.

    Maytag Washer

    In this COViD circumstances, from the very beginning, had a great service follow-up. Living in the country, 2 century old house, accessibility is difficult , they where diligent & professionnal all the way. Thank You!

    New Dishwasher

    We contacted Canadian Appliance Source when unexpectedly we needed to replace our dishwasher. From the beginning our experience has been excellent in terms of selection and customer service, particularly as it was all by phone or online. The company was very responsive to questions and a necessary change. We can wholeheartedly recommend Canadian Appliance Source!

    Kitchen Appliances

    Had an awesome experience with CAS. Adam, the salesman was unreal, knew his stuff and worked with us to purchase the perfect appliances. Would highly recommend purchasing through Adam. Delivery guys were awesome too!

    Purchase of gas cooktop

    I contacted this company about a Thermador gas cooktop I saw on sale. The salesperson, Najeem, provided me with all the information I needed. Delivery was quick and I noticed they registered the appliance for me. I am very satisfied with this company.
