    Buy anywhere else

    terrible experience bad sales bad support no customer service no call back fast to take $$$ though buy anywhere else 2nd bad experience here disgraceful attitude no call back from customer service sales people said they can’t deal with return or exchange call customer service no answer no call back charged $250 for pleasure of dealing with thus disfunctional company

    Horrible delivery service

    I was out of they country when the new fridge was delivered to my tenants apartment and just found out now they did not install either of the door handles on the stainless steel fridge. They said it was the customers responsibility. Since when is it the customers job to finish putting together a refrigerator? No instructions were given, and they are allen screws. My female tenant had no handles until I returned. HORRIBLE delivery customer service.

    Never NEVER purchase from this company

    Purchased a dishwasher did not come with drain hose (they misplaced it), dishwasher had dents, scratches and even rust on the inside. Brought up with customer care, who would not do anything. Managers and sales guys at store continually 'passed the buck'. No help whatsoever. and on top of everything they do not accept returns. Absolutely flabergasted, by their lack of customer service. I feel like i got ripped off. WOULD NEVER EVEN SET FOOT IN THE STORE EVER AGAIN LET ALONE purchase another product from these sketchy salesmen.

    Stay Away!

    I actually can't believe that Canadian Appliance Source asked me to write a review for them providing me links to 3 different sites!?! This was by far the most unprofessional company that I have ever dealt with as I have purchased multiple homes and needed an appliance package from Thermador...do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place there is no customer service after your deposit is made. I'm surprised that these high end appliance companies would even want to be affiliated with such an unorganized and unscrupulous company.

    DO NOT BUY !!! BEWARE!!!

    I would never order from this company again. The delivery service was terrible, once they arrived at my place wanted me to pay again and accused me of not paying the delivery cost. It was horrible, wanted me to sign the paper indicating everything was OK but would not let me check the appliance. I called to complain and never received a call back as i requested. Also I had a concern with my appliance and when I contacted CAS to let them know, they directed me to the manufacturer who directed me back to them, I was their yo-yo!!! Buyers beware!!!! Once they collect your money they don't care.

    Company that does not care!

    This will be the last time I order with CAS. The representatives expect the consumers to ask the questions. If not, it’s our fault! Make sure they input your information correctly and know that you ONLY have a “15 minute” window for the driver to wait since their “first call” which tells you they are almost arriving at location. Hefty second delivery fee as well that they won’t tell you about but it’s not their fault because “we didn’t ask”. We have to help them to their job properly or we will have to pay for it! Think twice before ordering from them!

    Appliance delivery

    Appliance order included both removal and installation. When the appliance was delivered the delivery men refused to disconnect the old washer. It was never mentioned that we are responsible for the disconnecting of the old washer. We now have an extra cost of hiring a plumber.

    All day want is your money and run bad service !

    Bought a wall oven for home would not fit through the door open the box and the range unit was too big still sealed brand new ready to bring it back and exchange it for another one and they would not take it because the box was open I would have to pay a penalty of almost $500 because the box was open totally ridiculous and rude never ever again !

    Abysmal Customer Service Experience

    STAY AWAY from this retailer! There are lots of other options in home appliances. Dealing with Canadian Appliance Source has been a complete nightmare for us. Two of our four appliances were delivered severely damaged (the fridge and dishwasher were so dented in various places that they looked like they had fallen right off the delivery truck!) Upon contacting CAS we were told that they would have to contact the manufacturer about a possible replacement which would take 7 days. After 7 days we received a notice that our request for replacements had been denied! Our emails then started going unanswered. We don’t know what we will do next but we feel like we have been totally ripped off.

Please understand that if you notice damage when inspecting your appliances upon delivery, you can certainly refuse them and the delivery team will take them back to our warehouse. If you signed the Bill of Lading, indicating that you had inspected your items and received them in good standing, then you would need to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer will determine if they can repair or replace your items.     House appliance package

    We recently purchased a home appliance package from Canadian Appliance Source Wellington Road, London, ON. From the moment we walked into the store, Erin was incredible. She treated us with the utmost respect and we felt like we were her priority. She listened to our all needs and found the appropriate appliances. She even laughed at the dad jokes that my husband dished out during our meeting! During the process there was a couple of minor hiccups (which happen!) and Erin went above and beyond to resolve the issue and save us some more money to help the budget. Always appreciated!!! Erin, we thank you so much for your kindness and your help. You were an absolute pleasure to work with. We will gladly recommend CAS and Erin to all our friends and family.
