We purchased stove, range hood, dishwasher, through CAS. Discovered within 20 minutes that the stove would not work for our space. Called CAS to do an exchange (and were ok with paying the restocking) took 5+ days to get an answer back from the returns department. Outside of 1 customer service rep and our original sales person every other contact was rude. We had intended to purchase the replacement stove and more from CAS - no way that is happening now.

BOSCH Dishwasher was delivered totalled. Company does not provide a reasonable feedback channel for 1) exchanges/returns 2) customer feedback. Only live people capable of any interaction are sales people who are unable to help and fear for their livelihoods. Great price, but at a great cost -- save yourself the $200 and buy from ANYWHERE ELSE.

Actually the refrigerator was on a back order but the salesman Dave Thomas was following up the situation and was notifying us timely about the delivery dates and arranged prompt delivery when the fridge arrived on their location. We were very satisfied with the experience and plan to return CAS when we need another appliance.

My experience with Dan Thorenton and Canadian Appliance Source was, in a word, exceptional. Dan came recommended to me and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. I knew from shopping around the exact appliances I wanted and reached out to Dan for assistance and he took it from there. His pricing was outstanding and his approach focused on my convenience. Knowing I would like/need my new oven before Christmas he worked a small miracle to make that happen. My appliances were to arrive today between 8 and 12 and what I think is a first for me, they actually were here at 8! No sitting around and waiting for me and I am sure Dan has something to do with that. Over the next year will be looking for another appliance purchase and Dan has made it very easy for me to forget the rest and go right to him. Thanks Dan and CAS for taking the stress out of this major purchase.

It was our first visit to the CAS in Whitby. The service we received after a brief look around the store was great. All our questions were answered and the advice we were given was very professional and informative. Since our renovations will not be started until early 2018 options for timelines including delivery were easily explained to us using the CAS website. It was pleasure dealing with Al J.

I have purchased from CAS before. Great Service, sales know their product and are very helpful. Quick purchase procedure. In and out in no time, very happy. Will come agian.

Scott was excellent to work with in purchasing our appliances. He was very knowledgeable about the products & knew those that would suit our needs. We didn’t feel pressured. The latte was great too! We won’t hesitate to recommend Scott or CAS to family & friends.

December 17, 2017 We absolutely do not recommend Canadian Appliance Source to anyone. We bought two KitchenAid appliances from Canadian Appliance Source in Etobicoke on August 31, 2017. Both the dishwasher and refrigerator arrived damaged. We were very upset and wanted to return these appliances outright but CAS would not do this and said we should contact the manufacturer to have them repaired. What kind of CAS Customer Service is that? CAS should stand by their customers to make a satisfactory sale right up until after the products are delivered and installed. (We did not refuse delivery immediately because the delivery men left before the boxes were taken off and we saw the damage.) Instead CAS did not respond to our phone calls and we did not get anyone to talk to us until we went up there and complained. Then a Regional Sales Manager called and was extremely polite, but did NOTHING to help us. Three months later we still do not have the products repaired to our satisfaction. Needless to say we would never buy anything from CAS again or recommend them to anyone. BEWARE!

I worked with Mark Yakut to choose my entire range of home appliances for my new home. I had very limiting measurements and he found effective solutions. His costumer service was fantastic, very responsive and helpful. I'd work with him again.

Sam was great to deal with...no pressure, just info as we required it. He told us it was not in stock and may take 6 weeks to get. We were not in a hurry so we ordered it. He even gave us the open box price for a factory sealed unit. Received a phone call and an e-mail asking when we would like it delivered one week later. Scheduled a date and time and received a confirmation e-mail. The unit arrived on the date within the scheduled 4 hr window as ordered. Would happily use them again!
