Canadian Appliances Source put wrong measurements on the web site. When I bought my vent, it didn't fit the hood. Apparently they don't allow returns and exchanges are 25% stocking fee plus 2nd delivery charge. After a week long battle they send me email that I was approved to return. we went to the store on Saturday, returned the item. The sales person took my credit card for the manager to process on Monday. Can you imagine my shock when on Tuesday when I called for the status, I was told that I got a store credit!!!!!!! Things happen. Never buy from them.
