We actually made this purchase over the phone from information on the stores website. The salesman that we spoke to (Angelo Matoulous) was extremely helpful and very polite. He also understood that this was an emergency, as our current fridge had broken down, and set up rush delivery. We are very pleased with the service from CAS and Angelo, and would highly recommend this store.

Best prices out of all the places we visited. Took the 4 year warranty with these appliances (most likely all made in China), as one never knows. Vivek was great to deal with. Very patient and far from a pushy sales type one often has to deal with.

Purchased a compact washer/dryer combo at CAS in Stoney Creek last week. Charles Wolbert was extremely helpful and offered what was easily the best price of any local stores (both big and small) for the products we’d chosen. The sales process went very smoothly, and the items were delivered promptly just a few days later. We wanted to buy a counter depth refrigerator. They sent one that was 36 inches deep. They refused to exchange it for a counter-depth one even though it was still in the original packaging. They claimed that all sales are final but they never warned us about that on the phone or at any other time. The customer service was awful. They misled us when they told us to fill out a form to begin the exchange process. Then they sent us the "all sales are final" email. Beware these are dishonest, unscrupulous retailers.

Good selection of quality appliances, great customer service, Dave Thomas gave us honest advice and at the end gave us an amazing deal on exactly what we needed, would definitely recommend.

The service was good prior to placing the order and the staff was helpful with the pre-sale selection. However, after placing the order, the sale representative's response time was slow, the inventory wasn't there as promised, delivery schedule was not flexible (be careful when you order multiple appliances and the delivery would be delayed if one of the appliances is not in stock)

Terrible customer service. Bought a washer and a dryer and stocking accessories($100). On delivery they didnt bring it. The day after called, they said they will follow up with yhe shipping company. Late evening yhey called, coildnt find them, now it is 5 days everyday I call to follow up, i think they check the Caller ID. They dont take my call. Left many voice messages nor response. Terrible.

Amazing customer service from our sales rep Adib Narang. Adib was able to quickly provide resolutions to our issues. We had to change the order to a new fridge - he made it happen. We had to change the order to a new range hood - he made it happen. When there was a price drop; he honoured it. Best price guaranteed was also honoured. We had so many questions throughout the process and he responded very fast to all our queries. He is highly responsive and will even respond to emails on his day off. He was always patient and courteous. We are so happy with Adib's service and CAS competitive pricing. Highly recommend Adib when looking for appliances.
