PURCHASE (June 14): When I purchased a Maytag washer, I had concerns about the dimensions as it is a stacked washer-dryer situation and the Maytag was replacing a Whirlpool Duet. Rajesh assured me everything would be fine without even checking the dimensions or asking any questions. When I got home, I was worried and called the store. They put me through to Rajesh's voicemail and I left a message but never got a call back. A little too eager to sell and not concerned about the customer's needs or questions. Still don't know if the washer will fit in the available space. I will have to wait and see when it is delivered. DELIVERY (July 4): I was told the washer would be delivered in 7-10 business days after date of purchase, most likely in 7 days. It ended up being 11 days plus delivery which is several business days later. They make promises they cannot keep knowing once you have purchased the item, you will not go through the hassle of canceling the order and shopping at another store.

I dealt with Adib at the Dufflaw Rd. Toronto location. I found him knowledgeable, efficient and very attentive in responding to my initial inquiry regarding a beverage fridge and in fact ended up purchasing the very model I was looking for. A few days later I purchased a dishwasher and again received the same level of service. The prices for both units were very competitive and Adib arranged for the pick up of both appliances together at their location by the airport. That experience was also top notch with service both in the office and at the loading docks to be friendly and quick. The wearhouse staff loaded both items into my vehicle and I was on my way. I dealt with Antonio at CAS and was very impressed with him. He was courteous, helpful and well-informed about the product. I had a number of questions and he took the time to answer each one. I would deal with him again to purchase another appliance with CAS. .

I ordered a washer weeks ago that was supposed to come in a week. I paid almost $800 as a down payment. Not only has the washer not come, but the salesman does not even return calls. If this is the service I get before delivery, I shudder to think what will happen if I have a problem with the machine!

We dealt with George M at the 150 Taunton Rd., Whitby location., for a new stove. We were very impressed by his knowledge of the stove we bought- GE convection range as well as comparable models we enquired about. He was friendly and patient, not pushy and very polite. We were impressed by the delivery process which we did have to pay for. The delivery men were efficient, professional, polite and on time. Our only complaint is that we had to phone for a full instruction manual instead of one being provided. Yes one can review the manual on line, but I prefer a hard copy at hand for reference. In my opinion, this is a manufacturer's decision which should be corrected. Printing the full manual takes a considerable amount of time and paper. Not having the manual handy initially may lead to operation problems. Otherwise, the stove looks good and functions well at this point in time.

Walked in the place and spoke with Dan, who is a great guy and doesn't push you to make decisions. When it's close to the delivery date, I noticed the washer price dropped and Dan was able to do price adjustment without problems. Appliances were delivered on time. There were even a few automated calls from the delivery company to remind you of the delivery. The most useful call is to call you again when you are the next one to deliver, which means you will get a call about 1 hour before the actual delivery. I didn't know that. Otherwise I could head out for other stuff and just go back home after I get the call. Would shop at CAS again if I need appliances.

Rajesh was extremely helpful, efficient and shared his expertise regarding the appliances we were looking to purchase. We ended up buying an additional appliance due to the amazing deals that he was making us aware of.

After comparing prices for these appliances, I found the prices here were the best. Sam Gunarathnam assisted me with the purchase. Even without my asking, Sam made sure I got the best price possible and explained everything in detail. He was quick, knowledgeable, courteous and very pleasant to deal with. Sam is an excellent Sales Associate and I would definitely recommend him if anyone is in the market to buy new appliances. Previously I had purchased a Samsung fridge from the same store and when I had an issue with the fridge noise, the company sent their technician promptly and the issue was addressed to my satisfaction. All in all a very good store to deal with.

I called Mark this morning to get information and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeble. We decided to go personally to finish the purchase and it was a real pleasure dealing with him Definitely will be back if I need another appliance Anneke Kerssout

Called store after seeing advertisement on internet. Spoke to Trevor. Agreed on great pricing. I was impressed by Trevor's professional service. He was very polite and I found him to be a very pleasant and knowledgeable gentleman on the phone.
