I ordered a LG Washtower. It's a big unit so I paid for installation. They market it as "White Glove" installation so the expectation is high. But the result was so bad. I just used the machine for the second time and the water sensor I decided was a good "just incase" idea went off. This is just the latest of issues, I had previously called about the following: The hose and vent connections are tangled and so messy that the installer couldn't position it properly, it's about 10" off the wall. It wasn't levelled. The steam feature wasn't installed, I wasn't told by the sales person that the steam hose is sold separately. He didn't say anything I discovered this when I was testing the features. The new floor was scratched when he shoved the unit into place and under the unit where i can't access is muddy because it was unboxed on the road. When I called (before the leak) they offered a 50% refund on the installation cost or to have someone come look at it. The customer service person sounded like this was so routine and he couldn't reassure that it wouldn't be just another indifferent delivery person so I opted for the refund. I have a dependable contractor coming to fix the mess. So, while the appliance prices are good I would never use their installation service again.
