Faulty Product, Misrepresentation & Rip off
Purchased a new high end dryer. "White Glove" service was a joke. The fools they sent to install caused $280 in damage and did not install the machine as We were out of pocket to get the damage repaired- CAS issued only a $34 refund. The machine stopped working almost immediately, Techs sent thru the warranty company, "Elite" gave several explanations for the problem - all conflicting - just excuse after excuse. CAS promised to "make this right" but they did nothing for us. They take weeks to respond and finally stop with their patented "out of our hands". Absolutely steer clear of this company unless you have money to burn. As a Not-For-Profit, we do not.
