    Kitchen Reno

    We bought applicances for our kitchen due to a renovation. Adib the sales agent was excellent and gave us a great deal. Any time I would email he was ver quick to respond. When I had to pay for the balance on line before delivery I was having such a hard time with the website. Even my back could not help me. I phoned the delivery department and Ingrid helped me in five minutes. I was so happy with her customer service and wanted to let you know what good employee's you have working for you.

    Purchased new kitchen and laundry appliances

    We had heard that this store (Canadian Appliance Source) had opened on Merivale Road in Ottawa so when we needed new appliances for our condo, we decided to check them out and we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of appliances they carry and that most were in the showroom so we could actually see them. Our salesperson Jamie was very helpful in guiding us to choose appliances that were tailored to our needs and budget and his pleasant manner made the whole experience a good one. We definitely found their prices to be better than most of the stores we checked in the Ottawa area and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal.

    dishwasher and in wall oven puchase

    Salesman Dave was very professional. He quickly found the products we were looking for. He listened to our needs and showed us what we needed. Their prices are very competitive.

    disqualified delivery service

    The delivery workers left my house without installing handles of the refrigerator. I am dissatisfied with the delivery service. Also, the salesman was very rude when I didn't process my payment right away due to my Internet issue. Overall, my experience with Canadian Appliance Source is unhappy! I should have purchased it from other companies. I don't recommend this company for sure!

    Kitchen Appliances

    Went to the store and spoke with George. He was fantastic, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable about the appliances. He answered all of my questions and gave great advice. I would definitely go back and recommend him and this store to anyone.

    Kitchen renovation

    Our experience at CAS was a great one, and we could not have asked for better customer service. Matt was wonderful! He was extremely helpful, attentive and patient. His professionalism and expertise helped with our decision-making and we were very pleased with the service and outcome. We would definitely recommend shopping for appliances at CAS, and having Matt as the appliance specialist!

    Bought all my home appliances here

    I am very satisfied with my dealings with this company. I've been shopping around for home appliances I stumbled upon this one stop shop online. I spoke with a very knowledgeable salesman named Ravi, his extension is x223. He was very patient, took the time to answer all my questions in detail, and gave insightful recommendations. I ended up deciding to buy my fridge, stove, dishwasher, and washer/dryer from him. Great customer service!

    Very helpful service, vry fair pricing

    We found this company online with pretty good reviews and we definitely received the high level of service as advertised. Ajay did a great job with recommendations and processing our orders. We were also able to save almost $900 since the product prices dropped between our initial order and final payment, so you're guaranteed to get a fair price on your orders.

    Kitchen Appliances Packages

    I was referred to this place by my friend. It was indeed the best price store and with very good service and guidance provided by the Salesperson Ravi kohli. He was able to give me the same prices as that of my friend although prices had gone up after christmas. Thanks Ravi.

    Avantgarde Bar Fridge

    We purchased an Avantgarde Dual Zone Wine Fridge from Canadian Appliance Source in Feb 2015. Exactly 13 months later (1 month after the warranty expired) one half of the unit simply stopped functioning. When we called the manufacturer in Quebec, they said "sorry, you're out of warranty". We called Canadian Appliance Source and they too repeated the same line "sorry nothing we can do for you". If the unit were 2 or 3 years old, I'd accept that and get it fixed. One month out of warranty....that's simply pathetic. We will try to get the fridge repaired but be warned that both the manufacturer and the retailer are clearly not companies that stand by the products that they sell. From now on, I will deal with reputable brands and not take chances on companies like these.
