    Purchase of appliances for new home (Kitchen and Laundry)

    This is a review for Daniel Torres from Canadian Appliance Source who was very helpful in regards to assisting me with the purchase of my appliances for my new home. What makes it a very amazing experience was that Daniel took the time to provide explanation on all of the appliances that I purchased on March 14, 2016. Having said that, I met Daniel a few months prior when I was conducting my research appliances and making comparable search on each of the appliances on my 'wish list'. He took the time then to provide very good customer service and even was responsive to emails when I had ongoing questions. After a few months of research, I went back to CAS on March 14, 2016 and decided to make my purchase. Daniel still remembered me and provided a welcoming smile. He demonstrated very good customer service, explained at a personable level how he knows about the appliances (e.g. shared experience on training on the Thermador and Bosch appliances) and also worked with me on what is a suitable price range. He was friendly, patient, supportive and definitely able to relate at the customer level in identifying what I needed to purchase. He helped me stay within my budget without compromising what I wanted to purchase.... Thank you Daniel for the assistance and an amazing experience!!!     Kitchen Renovation

    I was recommended CAS by a friend who said they have they absolute best prices. She had checked every retailer when she completed her kitchen renovation and no one could beat the prices of CAS. I was looking to update all my appliances and when I visited CAS they were having an amazing promotion on Kitchen Aid. Morgan was very helpful and priced out a complete kitchen package for me, and the result was a huge cost savings. He was not pushy and understood that I wanted to read some customer reviews before I made the purchase. He locked in the price for me so I would not miss out on the promotion and encouraged me to take a couple of days to check the reviews. I was very satisfied with the service and information I received from Morgan. I would absolutely recommend CAS to anyone shopping for appliances. Great selection of brands and really great pricing especially when you visit the store.

    kitchen appliances

    I purchased appliance on line and delt with Trevor from Ottawa he was very professional and great to deal with ,and the price he gave me was better then anywhere else .I will use him again in a flash. Gunter

    Kitchen reno

    Went to Tasco and was blown away at the outrageous price. Drive directly to Canadian Appliance Source and found the same items for a fraction of that price. I loved dealing with Philip Costa. He is truly a gem to his customers. Amazing customer service Philip..thank you!

    New Fridge Purchase

    Dave Thomas at Canadian Appliance Source was friendly and professional and provided us with the confidence we needed to choose the fridge we chose. It was an emergency/unplanned purchase but he made it easy and painless.

    Complete custom kitchen with 5 new appliances

    When we were doing a complete renovation for our kitchen we had to replace all of the appliances. Old ones were 18 years old and not worth incorporating in design. My son had gone to CAS for appliances and recommended it. We were very happy with the prices on our appliances and the excellent service and advice from our sales person Morgan Sutherland. He didn't push us or rush us and took the time to explain how they differed and what might work best for us. He did not try to upsell which we were happy about. My husband would say I do that well enough on my own. When we had to make a couple of changes after meeting with our contractor, Morgan was very helpful and considering we were doing it over the phone from Hawaii we were grateful he was so patient. We have not received our appliances yet so hope that the delivery part goes as well as the purchasing. We also bought a laundry set at the same time.

    Home renovation purchased all appliances

    We purchased all of her appliances at CAS the price and service was unbeatable, overall experience was excellent in particular the sales person Alex Polak, he answered all of our questions in a very professional manor about all of the appliances, and beat everyone's prices on top of it all. Big Thanks to Alex from CAS located in Nepean (Ottawa) Ontario, and CAS for the great deals.

    Canadian appliance Stores

    This is by far the worst company we have ever dealt with. 1. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. 2. They feed you WRONG INFO to purchase appliances along with selling you an extended "warranty" that does not cover almost more than half the appliance itself. Ex. Buttons, handles or anything els apart of the appliance is not covered. They say they have a one year manufacture warranty but past that we are not allowed to call them for warranty reasons so they give us a third party number tells the customer that they are not covered on almost half the parts on the appliance. They just sugar coat everything to sell you an appliance.. 3. They only have two people working in the Toronto Office location including the service manager herself which I found her completely unprofessional and rude, which she by the way has no customer experience whatsoever. When I called back to speak to someone els she said there is nobody to speak to other than her. I have spent over 12 thousand dollars with this company and this is what I got in return. I would STRONGLY anybody who is thinking of going with this company to think twice before making the choice. They are very deceiving and rude and are not fun people to deal with. They do not value their customers nor do they appreciate their customers. Poor poor poor service and will never return or purchase anything from Canadian Appliance Source

We offer a third-party 2- or 4- year extended warranty. It covers any functionality issues along with parts and labor associated with the defect.     Custom home project

    Our salesman Alex was very knowledgeable and helpful in the whole process of picking appliances, getting us the best deals and even speaking to my kitchen designer to try to find the best fit appliance for my needs and for the modern look I was trying to achieve. I shopped around and Canadian Appliance Source offered me the best deals and best sales service by far. We felt very comfortable with Alex. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and would not think twice about referring him to friends and family (which I have already done). Very impressive!!!!

    Renovating entire main floor and bought 7 new appliances plus extended warranty plus pedestals for washer dryer.

    Reviewed appliances choices from several other stores to find that CAS provided the best prices including Black Friday discounts, etc. Was able to purchase over the phone with Joseph who was extremely knowledgable and very helpful! Also provided all the necessary specs for kitchen cabinet install. I was also able to pick an exact delivery date which was very important with timing of the install. Joseph was always available to communicate and coordinate. Very professional and coutious at all times! Thank you!
