I purchased 2 whirlpool apartment size washing machines, 1 for myself and one for a friend. Customer Service is outstanding, delivered on time by friendly efficient delivery people. Both washers were in excellent shape on arrival. I have referred several people to Canadian Appliance Source for any appliance purchases they may want to make.

I would like to inform you that our appliance arrived at our home in Alberta in excellent condition on March 1.The unit has been installed, and is working perfectly. While there could have been much better communication regarding the status of our shipment, overall, the experience is one that we will not hesitate to repeat in the future, and wish you success with a business model that is badly needed in this country.

If you are looking to buy an appliance please take a minute and read this review. I never write reviews on anything but I felt it was worth the few minutes it would take to write about my most recent experience when purchasing appliances for my home renovations. My experience with CAS was exceptional. Everything from the ease in use of their website, to the best price, to order accuracy, to delivery, and especially customer service was truly unmatchable. I had one of those unexpected BACK ORDER manufacturer issues with applicances, and I can say that they were handled with speed and no stress after dealing with Gil at customer service. My dealings were painless and actually a pleasure as my customer service representative, Gil, was always on top of it. He was the only person I had to deal with throughout as I did not have to talk with a different person each time and explain my situation. These days it's tough to find decent customer service and even tougher to find people who actually want you to be happy, but seeing that it still does exist with Canadian Appliance should make you look no further when it comes to buying an appliance... you will not be disappointed. I would Canadian Appliance a hundred times over!

We did lots of research, over a six month period, before placing our order for a Jennair range JDS8850CDB ($2279). Their prices were the lowest (consistently) and the added bonus of free DVD Player helped us make the purchase. I made two phone calls to clarify things and was pleased with the knowledgeable staff and the ease of the transaction (no sales pressure at all!). The delivery was timely and we could easily speak to dispatch representatives to prepare for arrival. After our appliance was installed, we did notice a few things which needed attention. I made one call to Canadian Appliance (who also sold us an extended warranty) and we had answers the same day. Spoke with Jennaire who came down the same week to verify that the product was in perfect working condition. Two notes for potential buyers:Make sure to have your appliance installed by a licensed, approved company or it could void your warranty. Thank goodness we did but only after they came down did they ask us those questions. Overall, we had a great experience with Canadian Appliance Source & we'll always start with them for future purchases.

Recently switched contracts and purchased appliance all from Canadian Appliance Source for Adelaide Place Retirement Residence in Lindsay, ON. Not only did Canadian Appliance Source's quote come out much cheaper, they have been the easiest appliance company we have ever dealt with. We had scheduled delivery for January 10th and we were quite surprised that during the biggest snow fall of the season, Canadian Appliance Source was there with their trucks ready to unload. (None of the other trades managed to make it their that day!) Everything was unboxed and put in the correct floors/rooms.

I purchased a dishwasher from Canadian Appliance Source early January. The customer service I received during the ordering process was excellent. With the product being purchased in Toronto and being delivered in Manitoba, I knew it would be a long wait. However, I was shocked and pleasantly surprised when the item arrived in less than one week. I saved a bundle of money by purchasing from their store and the delivery people were great. I am very satisfied with their service & prices and will purchase from them again.

Purchased a built in fridge, double wall oven, 2 dishwashers, microwave all Kitchenaid, from Canadian Appliance Source and was very very please with my experience. They were recommended by a friend of mine who purchased from them recently as well. We made our final purchase (with Daniel) during Boxing week when their prices were unbeatable. We asked a rep there (Gil) if they can hold our products until our kitchen was complete and he agreed. Just received my products on Friday (Eli set up my delivery) The delivery team were really great (Juan and David) They unboxed all of our products and placed everything in the correct place and removed all of the boxes and junk with them! We were really pleased with the order process and would definitely pass on the positive recommendation that we received.

Where do I start... I ordered a stove on Boxing Day and it was finally delivered on January 27th. When I phoned to ask about the status of the delivery, Every individual I spoke with was rude and arrogant. They proceeded to somehow lose the order for the dryer... and then tried to sell me the same dryer for $150 more. Then, when the items were finally delivered, the delivery men were rude, refused to take off their wet boots and were so cheap that they refused to take the boxes that the appliances came in. Please save yourself the hassle, never do business with these people.

I did order a slide-in range (Frigidaire Professional CPCS3085LF Hybrid Induction, Self Clean, Convection, Warming Draw.) from then the 21st of december 2010. It was half the price because of christmas rebates. I did receive the range the 29. It was quite impressive... The control panel is broken and even after 4 emails to the consumer service with pictures of the range, a call I have no idea to do. Frigidaire/electrolux claims that they have no reponsability even if the packaging was perfect without any signs of anything.... Well, as their consumer service seem to read more the reactions of people here than their emails... i send it here... what can I do more ?

Came in 3 times to the showroom and met with Daniel to discuss my appliance decisions. He was really patient and helpful and we FINALLY made our final choices. Purchased 2 Samsung dishwasher, GE range, Samsung microwave, 1 Maytag washer/dryer set, 1 Whirlpool washer/dryer set, and a Kitchenaid refrigerator. We love them all, thanks Daniel!
