Purchased washer and dryer and ordered them with installation. They were delivered, right away as I removed the shipping wrapping I noticed the dryer had a dent. I started inspecting the machines and the washer had scratches as well. Contacted customer service right away and made a claim.
Their response was offered 100 per unit as "goodwill" but my request was a replacement (I paid top dollar for Brand New machines, no "as is", it is a big investment). Their response time is horrible and they have not phone numbers to call for returns, customer service only says "wait for the email, answer the email" I did, still no response.
Pretty disappointment how they sell appliances as new but don't take responsibility for damaged ones. It is impossible to get to talk to a person, and every email response takes 48hours. Haven't been able to use the machines since I am waiting for replacements.
