    Whirlpool Side by side 33 in. Refrigerator

    Purchase and delivery were efficient and on time. Freezer side is on the small size. Depth is longer.

    Return Policy On Ventilation Products

    Beware of the no return policy on ventilation products. Its clear in the terms and conditions and we shouldve noticed it and purchased our product elsewhere. In practical terms, it means that if you purchase a new hood and then there is a ductwork fit issue, its final sale despite the product being new in a box and not being installed.

    Frigidaire side by side

    Very good service from Chris Groleau at the Merivale Road store. We would go there again, if another appliance is needed.

    Fridge and Stove

    Great service and impressive attention to detail. The associate was determined to check every box on the list of features I wanted, and he most certainly did!! Items were delivered the next day and I couldnt be happier.

    Poor response time and customer service

    Purchased washer and dryer and ordered them with installation. They were delivered, right away as I removed the shipping wrapping I noticed the dryer had a dent. I started inspecting the machines and the washer had scratches as well. Contacted customer service right away and made a claim. Their response was offered 100 per unit as "goodwill" but my request was a replacement (I paid top dollar for Brand New machines, no "as is", it is a big investment). Their response time is horrible and they have not phone numbers to call for returns, customer service only says "wait for the email, answer the email" I did, still no response. Pretty disappointment how they sell appliances as new but don't take responsibility for damaged ones. It is impossible to get to talk to a person, and every email response takes 48hours. Haven't been able to use the machines since I am waiting for replacements.

    Samsung washer and dryer

    I called CAS the same day my washer/ dryer was delivered as the dryer was making a loud grinding sound (clearly it was broken). I was sent back and forth between CAS and Samsung with nobody confirming that I will receive a replacement. Ive now spent 6 days calling/ emailing numerous departments at CAS and still nobody has responded to confirm that a replacement will be sent. Ive never experienced such terrible customer service. I will now be calling visa to have the charge reversed. I will also report to the Better Business Bureau.

    Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of choice

    We had tried several appliance stores before we found CAS - we needed a fridge, dishwasher, wall oven, microwave & cooktop for a our kitchen reno. The staff at CAS are a cut above - they laid out a logical approach to choosing what was right for us (eg price, features) and then worked with us to make the final decision. The price was right and everything was in stock so meeting our schedule wasnt a problem . All items were delivered on schedule

    Horrible customer service

    I needed to exchange a washer-dryer unit which hadn't been hooked up, let alone ever used, and went through their return request process of sending photos. They refused the exchange saying the unit had been used when clearly it was still in original pristine condition. When I tried to appeal they refused any further communication saying the decision was final. I wasn't even looking for a refund. I wanted to exchange the appliance plus buy several more appliances for our reno. But they've lost my business forever. Guess it's over to a big box or online competitor now. So much for trying to buy Canadian...
