    Frigidaire Compact 6 cu foot freezer

    Excellent deal all round as usual. Salesman was matter of fact and businesslike in cutting to chase on freezer models suitable for us and products were in stock and delivered within the week.

    Very fast , abd good

    My washer broke down on Sunday night. I call CAS on Monday just before noon for a replacement . My new washer was deliver on Tuesday before noon. Everyone from ordering on the phone to the boys de levering were effective , polite . A very good experience

    Magtag washer purchase

    Purchase of my new Magtag washer from CAS was great. The washer price was very competitive and delivery was schedule quickly to meet client's need. Delivery was quick and professional but the level of the washer during installation was not checked. Overall, very happy with CAS as this is the second appliance purchased from them.

    Washer

    I've purchased a brand new washer from Canadian Appliances 5 years ago. This week the washer broke down (out of warranty). I called someone to look and get it fixed. When they removed the back panel - the wires to the rotor were tempered with and he told me that this was NOT a new unit but could be a refurb. The wires were exposed and it could of been a MAJOR safety issue - so I wrote to Canadian Appliances advising them that the unit that was purchased WAS NOT NEW and I paid for a new unit plus the wires were exposed and could have been a safety concern. The feedback I got from Canadian Appliances: "...I can see that the appliance was delivered on Apr 27, 2018 and the appliance has been used over the last 5 years. Maybe due to that the appliance is having an issue now. From Canadian Appliance Source also, we do not inspect the appliances before having it delivered at customer's place." NO - wires do not get exposed to this extend no matter how you use it! AND I purchased a new washer and I expected a new one - not something that could of created a safety issue that I paid a full price to get ! Their customer services doesn't even care. Have a look at the picture and let me know if you feel safe buying your appliances from this company! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Or have them make sure the product is new! they are responsible!

    Disappointing customer service

    Ordered a stove, told it would be ready in about 4-5 months, likely earlier. Then told a few months later it would not be available for another 3 months longer than expected. Suddenly a few weeks after that update I was told my stove in was in stock and I had to pay the balance that day to confirm the stove (while we were on vacation and could not do so). So again we went back to waiting, in the meantime the contact Tim at the store stopped responding to all emails about the expected delivery. Eventually we got the stove, months later than promised. Would not recommend CAS, very poor customer service.

    Laundry Appliance Update

    Great in store service from a very knowledgeable account executive. Delivery of appliances was scheduled to suit my timetable and rescheduled once by me without issue. Received info the evening before advising of delivery time window and kept up to date on progress through the live time app. Delivery / installation associates were smartly presented very polite and worked efficiently. There was a slight issue in that the wrong pedestal for a machine was delivered so couldnt be fitted that day. The lead installer spotted and explained the issue to me and immediately called the centre to request the correct section. Within minutes I was contacted by customer service to explain the remedial process. I was asked to check over the machines and fittings with the delivery agent and only when I was happy was I asked to sign for the service provided. I was given contact information for follow up should there be any problems. I was contacted that day by the initial in store Account Executive who advised that they had the part in stock and would be delivering/installing the final piece at my convenience next week. It would have been great for everything to have been fitted at one time but these things happen. I could not however fault the way that the issue was handled and managed immediately and seamlessly. Definitely a 5 star experience

    Washer and dryer

    Installation was quick and efficient. Didn't cover up shoes but didn't track in any dirt. They didn't do a test run before leaving as was depicted in the video from Canadian Appliance Source
