    Samsung Washer

    Easy and good service within the store. Received the washer the next day with clear timing as to when they would arrive. Kept us up to date with time arriving throughout the day. Received a text when they were 10 minutes out. Gordon and Ali were kind and courteous and set up the washer quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this store and these delivery men!

    Washer and dryer purchase. Good price and great customer service from sale to delivery. Quick and efficient.

    Fridge

    They were very easy going and careful. They also were kind enough to wait a few minutes for me to get there and open the door.

    Washer and Dryer

    Yvonne was great to deal with at the store and delivery guys were on time, quick and efficient. Explained how to clean and get it started. Great service!

    Electric range

    Excellent service from start to finish. The salesman was knowledgable and and a pleasure to deal with. The delivery was on time and the service again was professional and courteous.

    Refuse to replace washer they delivered broken

    Bought a new washer and dryer which were delivered and installed promptly. Washer began spilling water on the floor. Contacted CAS who ignore the email then when sales person replied, stated we have to contact the manufacturer. We did, two weeks later a technician came to the house and diagnosed that the washer was delivered broken with a burnt out motor. We contacted CAS who did not answer the question about quality control testing and refused to replace the unit and insisted we go through the manufacturer who stated it will take three weeks minimum to get, deliver and install a new motor. Meanwhile, we are without a washing machine for 7 weeks.

    Maytag Washer

    Great customer service. G is the man. Very smooth delivery. Couldnt ask for anything better

    Maytag washer

    The company was informative , and efficient and prompt with delivery. The very first wash I did was blacks and there was soap residue all over them . I used a HE detergent and not a lot but had to re rinse. I will use deep fill next time and hopefully that works, If it does not , I will not be happy.

    Extremely Fast service in time of need

    My old fridge gave out and I needed a new fridge in a hurry or else I had about $400 worth of food that was going to spoil. I called CAS and spoke to a rep who helped me out negotiated a reasonable price and gave me next day delivery.... The delivery guys were good as well so I thanks them for saving my day... I would recommend them to anyone !

    From walking into the store right through until delivery, the staff were friendly and professional. Very easy to deal with.
