    Fast, efficient, and friendly.

    Needed to replace a washer without much notice over a long weekend. Found many reasonable priced options online that fit my needs, ordered online, and received confirmation over the phone shortly thereafter. Delivery came quickly on the next business day and they were very friendly, punctual, and efficient.

    kitchen renovation

    My kitchen is almost done and it looks great. I need to have my appliances hooked up and then I will know if they work.

    Easy and quick

    Samsung range

    The delivery team were great at advising when they were departing the depot, then when they reached my location. We also received a pre-recorded phone call when the delivery team was 10 minutes out. Found the entire process extremely stress free and the team was friendly and efficient.

    New washer

    Ordered the washer easily online, was still able to negotiate best pricing in the online chat, and literally had the washer delivered and installed 36 hours later. I have purchased all of my new appliances at Canadian Aploance Source as they always have stock and are available to deliver immediately.

    Appliance Upgrades

    If Im not satisfied why I purchased another appliance from CAS Calgary NE. Ahsan helps me to choose which one is the best fridge and washer and dryer. They also reached me out with delivery schedule and the delivery is on time. I would definitely recommend this store to someone who wants to upgrade their appliances.

    Great Customer Service

    Nick from CAS Oakville was great to deal with. He explained various machines including pros and cons. Will deal him again in the future. Delivery was on time and installation was quick. Great service was provided. Have a great day.

    Frididaire Double Wall Ovens

    They have been so helpful with helping us find the right oven for us. And we WILL be back for more applicants! Andrew and Joanne were so helpful on all our visits and we are beyond grateful for their help!

    Horrible customer service

    I buy a gas range and am told delivery is from 1 to 5. I'm also told I have 48 hours to let them know of problems or they wont take it back. So I arrange a gas licenced worker to come to my house to install it...but, my range is 3 hours past my delivery window. When I call customer service I'm told in not so many words to get lost. I said they didnt make it in the window I was promised so I shouldnt pay the full delivery charge. I also said what would happen if I made the delivery driver wait 3 hours. This company needs to remove my delivery charge. They can't have it both ways. I need to wait for them all day but they would just leave and charge me twice. If you have too many deliveries hire more drivers. Worst experience ever. I wont be shopping here again and will let everyone I know to do the same.
