have used Frechette for several years and generally found them very good however I also paid for another property to be done at the same time but in Whitby - their service schedule has been atrocious. The fertilizer was completed about a week after ours but 5 weeks after the weed application we are still waiting for the service to happen at the other address. They need to learn how to schedule. They have been called and just informed us that they have 5 weeks to compete the next application – hopefully it will happen this week but I wouldn’t count on it with this company. We will not be renewing with them next year for either property and will be informing our neighbours about the poor service as they too have frechette..

not only did they charge us double what we agreed to they did NOT do a good job ...i generally do not write bad reviews for anyone however Frechette Lawn Care is the worst company i have ever dealt with. i would never recommend this company to anyone

Frechette was quick to take our money but did not return to do the job. Booking has been such a nightmare that we went with another company. They send trucks out to do specific jobs - and this pose huge problems if your job is not one of them. Booking office does not schedule in advance even if you are told, as we were many times, that we were a priority.

Do not use this company. They never came to do the work, and made excuses when I called to follow-up. I ultimately cancelled the service request and went elsewhere. I paid in advance - keeping my fingers crossed that they reimburse me.

Frechette Lawncare was and is the perfect example of an excellent and caring family run business. I signed up this season and have never been happier with my lawn and everytime I had a question or comment I was put right through to management or a senior staff member. It is so nice to find such a reliable company and I plan to continue using them. My neighbors are also thrilled with the brilliant service provided. I had a grub problem which was attended to right away. My lawn has never looked better I would highly reccomend Frechette

This company promised weed control but my lawn looks worse than it was . The don't guarantee 100% weed free lawn but they didn't got no even a 10% improvement.

Signed up for their season program for lawncare services which included chinch bug treatments which were not provided, 3 fertilizer treatments already provided but we still have chinch bugs, lawn is close to being totally dead. Requested refund for 2 remaining treatments as it don't make sense to fertilize dead grass and have been told that cheque is in mail or request is with manager......3 weeks have gone by and cheque still not received. Oh, after lawn is almost totally destroyed they claimed to provide extra free treatment although I still have chinch bugs. They operate out of a house in Scarborough and you are not allowed to speak to either manager or specialist who actually provides treatments....their service has provided me with nothing but a brown dead lawn which they say is my fault for not watering enough or the right way..... we water our lawn every day.

Frechette gave me a bill for a job I never hired them to do! They claimed to have sprayed, but my lawn was recently pulled up to re-sod, they if they sprayed, they sprayed earth! Wanting money for nothing!

These guys are prompt, dont need to be reminded to come and their weed control/airation package is great and i would highly recommend them. My lawn looks so much better

Fabulous customer service for a change. This company called me on a Sunday night (wow, they work weekends too!) to warn me that they were planning on a fertilizer treatment and aeration the next day. I mentioned that I had just spread topsoil and grass seed over about half of my 1/3 acre property that day (which took 5 hours!) and if possible can we reschedule for one week later? They were happy to comply and when they showed up for the next appt they were SO sweet and sensitive to not trample the new grass. And to watch out for my 4 yr old who unfortunately was in the way,,,, I was so happy and grateful, it was wonderful. Thanks guys!
