This is my second time using Phillips Moving and Storage and the guys were great, hope to have them on my move to Port Hope next year!!! Thanks alot Guys!!

I will definitely recommend Phillips Moving and Storage. Throughout the entire process, you were friendly and helpful, even when there were unexpected and last-minute changes to the move. All of my belongings were moved safely, with no damage.

I just wanted to let you know how happy we were with the services provided by Phillips Moving. You guys did a stellar job and all of the staff were so professional. We will definitely recommend your services to friends and family and will use in the future if possible. Everything was great but we were especially happy with how organized the company and the movers were. They were in constant contact with us and made sure that everything was in order for us. We also found the price to be quite reasonable.

We just used Phillips Moving and they were great. The workers were amazing, helpful and very knowledgeable. They took care wrapping any furniture items and handled everything with kid gloves. They were very helpful in reassembling any furniture pieces. The experience from booking to completion was great and best of all NO SURPRISES! Also, this is the second time we have used them and quality of service is nothing short of excellent.

This was a complex move with our belongings being separated into 3 groups, new location, storage and overseas. Laura handled the estimates very efficiently. On the day of the move we had a rocky start with a driver being sick and a broken truck, however the front office staff, Amanda and Brenda I think, worked really hard to get the move back on track. Once the crew arrived on site they also made sure we were satisfied with the the arrangements. Overall we were very happy with the move.

My Move with Phillips was great. Amanda was extremely helpful, provided me with complete information and guidance prior to the move, and the move team- Donald, Rosario and Junior- was fantastic. They were very careful, extremely efficient, arrived on time and completed the move in excellent time- They did an initial and final checks, ensured that I confirmed that nothing was left in the truck, and I highly recommend them. I would not hesitate to use Phillips for my future moves.

Donald and Junior worked very well together. Lots of professionalism yet a great sense of humour. I want these two guys on my crew in March when we do our move. Thanks Again

I just wanted to thank you all for your efforts during our move. The movers were very professional and did an amazing job. Everyone from our staff was pleased with the service

I used Phillips Moving & Storage to move from Barrie to Toronto. Worst move of my life!!! In spite of the fact that their representative did a full house walk through and pre-evaluation of contents to be moved, on moving day, they brought a truck that was much too small and I had to leave pieces of furniture behind. My daughter and I had both of our cars crammed full, and we still had to make the one-hour drive north the next day to pick-up our belongings that were left behind because they could not fit them on the truck. Plus, they broke several of my large decor pieces. One of the men was very unprofessional complaining about the heaving lifting and going up and down the stairs. Add to this the fact that my move was a very emotional one due to divorce, made it even worse. The move cost me over $1,700 ($400 over the quoted price) plus I paid insurance, and after sending in my complaint to the company I never heard a word. I will be moving again in the near future and will definitely not use Phillips Moving & Storage and would not recommend them to anyone.

Everyone at Phillips Moving and Storage was really friendly, helpful and efficient. Everything about the move was positive. However, there was one thing I wish I knew happened at the time. They utilized used mattress bags. It didn't dawn on me until much later that since I wasn't charged for the bags they were used bags. Overall, the entire day went as perfect as it could have gone. I spent the entire week worrying about nothing. Thank you!
