I would like to thank Kelsey and Jason for their excellent service and professionalism. They arrived at the appointed times and left my home exactly as they found it. Shawn was our service specialist. Very pleasant, polite and efficient. He saved time by coming first to see what supplies he needed, then back again to complete the job. He was efficient, worked quickly and cleaned up too! Border is lucky to have such a great employee. Would not hesitate to call your company again! Thank you Shawn.

First rate service as I have had with Border. Shawn C was efficient, prompt and professional. Did a great job, did what was needed and DID IT RIGHT!. Cleaned up the work site. Border's are fortunate to have Shawn C as an employee. All of their staff, in my experience, is of the same caliber as Shawn C.

I was offered a number of options to deal with the issue in our home. Adding a humidifier was the most cost effective and covered the most issues. Service was prompt; the technician - Tyson - was on time, polite and helpful. He assessed the situation worked quickly, covered his shoes, was polite, friendly and considerate. An excellent job.

I wish that I had read reviews before hiring this company. They charged me 65 bucks to come out and LOOK. (I could have sworn the lady told me if we hire them that 65 would come off the other) That was five minutes. Than after that they quoted 6 hours and ended up with a 900 dollar bill for THREE hours of work. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. Good work....INSANE PRICE
