    New roof

    Great workers. Cleaned up exceptionally well after. We have a dog and was afraid of the old nails and they made sure all were picked up. Great job all around.

    Roof repair

    Cole and Shaun were excellent! The customer service was fantastic, the job was done quickly and it looks awesome! Highly recommend!

    roof replacement

    Kavanagh did an excellent job replacing our roof. They worked very quickly and did a super job cleaning up afterwards. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for roof repair or replacement.

    Roof

    Shaun recommended new shingles that would withstand stronger winds. His crew arrived early and completed the job by the end of the day. They were polite, hard working and did a great clean up job before they left. The final cost came in within the estimate. Thanks, Shaun. Great work!

    Roof + Aluminum

    Kavanagh came highly recommended. They came promptly to price the work, showed up when they said they would and did an excellent job! We have gardens around our house and we’re worried they’d be crushed, but the crew protected them all! Would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

    We had our shingles replaced in a day. The price was competitive, scheduling was good, and clean up after outstanding.

    Roofing

    This is the second time in 20 years that I have used their service. On both occasions everyone was extremely polite and helpful and the job was performed quickly and in a first rate manner. They use top materials and take great care in all aspects of the roofing job. I have, and will continue to recommend them.

    Roof replacement

    Quoted a good price...showed up on time. Did what they said they would do! Cleaned up completely before they left We picked them because they have been around a while. Not too many companies with this long a track record and an excellent one at that! No hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

    Residential roof replacement

    Kavanagh repaired and replaced our roof in the Markham area in July 2018. They did a very professional job and finished ahead of schedule. Left our property cleaner than when they started. Would definitely recommend them.
