Installed new windows in whole house

Oasis windows were very friendly, and did the job quickly. The sales person was very thorough and explained everything that would happen. There was a little bit of a mess after the install was finished, but for the most part they were pretty.

    Bought new windows for house

I was really impressed with Oasis windows. They were top quality, they showed me a demonstration on how their windows were made. The windows are guaranteed for 20 years. They were ready in 10 days while other companies were quoting me at 40 days. The sales people were supurb, they made one mistake on the dimensions, and they will fix it no problems. The windows provide excellent sound protection and heat insulation.

    New Windows on a renovation

The window quality is pretty good but the service during the install was mediocre. My knowledge of windows are minimal and Ron wasn't very clear on the options i had for my renovations. The guys installing my windows were like a bunch of kids who you could tell didn't care or take too much pride in their work. When I asked them why one window was being installed with blue tape (which is to prevent water from getting through) and a window right beside it didn't, they said it was because they ran out of the blue tape. I asked them if they had more and they said no. So I had to literally go out, run to the nearest hardware store and buy them some more. Very unprofessional and would NOT recommend having them install. The window quality is alright. I have had two windows where the plastic has come off and I would have to snap it back into place. No big deal but for a window that's only been in my house for less than a year, I shouldn't be having these types of problems.

    replacement windows

Ron had helped me in the past with replacement windows so of course I called him again to help me with this project. Prices are competitive and service is always great.
