    Paying customer treated worse than someone browsing

    This company as a business model it seems allows you to buy something online and then habitually moves back delivery date for months. Has happened on several orders weve done. This time we ordered in April and still dont have our product, but it is in stores multiple times. They say they cant communicate online to stores but that means we have purchased our product in April but someone who waltzes in a store today would have it in their hands and we cant have ours. Such an archaic way of doing business that basically says to someone who paid already, we have your money and you can wait as long as we say.

    Horrible company

    The fabric on ottomans I purchased came off within a month. Customer service was zero help and said that there was no way it was a manufacturing defect and I must have exerted significant force on it. Horrible company will never purchase again.

    A lottery

    Bought 3 carpets. 2 are ok. The 3d one has got a pretty bad smell and started falling apart after the first vacuuming. After 2 weeks, the smell is the same. Tried to return, but because it was after the 7 days got a full refusal. My advice - unfortunately the quality is inconsistent. Try to test all in the first 7 days while the return policy still applies.

    Terrible

    In January I ordered the Kanji chair in teak to go along with the same chair, in the same colour I purchased in the summer. Structube delivered the chair to me in the walnut finish. I called and setup a return. Structube is forcing me to pay for the return to the tune of $78. The several customer service reps I have interacted with insist they sent me the teak finish. The box does have the order sku number for teak, but the chair in the box is walnut. Anyway, I have no choice to pay for the return so that I can recoup the rest of the money. This is a company that does not do the right thing.

    Desk - Never Again Structube

    Bought a desk from Structube and the wood started flaking after a very short time (ie: 3 weeks of use). Nothing was done on my side to damage the desk but despite that, Structube wont honor its one year warranty and additionally insulted me by accusing me of causing this damage. It is not normal wear and tear. The desk shouldnt be flaking after such a short time so it obviously wasnt well manufactured. Horrendous service from their customer service team, including bring accused multiple times of causing the damage. It would have taken so little to replace the desk drawer, instead Structube decided to alienate a loyal customer with its horrible response.

    Poor Quality Sofa

    We bought the Sofa only two months and it has showed poor quality like feather comes out so much and sofa cover is ruffled. Although the color sofa is gray but we can easily for seeing it. It can not be clean by photos. We try for contact to services customer hardly because nobody dead with my problem after few weeks when I send email to them I have to call more times for asking. Finally after one month they respond that my issues are normal and they don't have any responsibility for it. It is not resealable because when I bought they didn’t give to me a warning about it will easily ruffle and feathers come out. In addition, we only get it two months and only I and my husband sit on it. I don’t know how about if my family have more people and how it looks like. I think it will look like we use it long time ago.

    Dishonest

    I paid for this is June and was told because of shipping delays it would not be here until August. Now I called and was told it will be late October. Clearly this company does not want to pay the current shipping rates so they will keep delaying it, hoping I will cancel. I am in the shipping business and well aware of the container issues and pricing these days, but unlike Structube, when I make a deal with my customer I honour it.

    Dining Table

    Ordered the Erlend Extendable Walnut Veneer Dining table. It came with damage to the side of the tabletop. Got it exchanged for another table. The second table came with damage to the tabletop. I requested a refund. No information was provided to me on the amount of the refund. While I understand that certain reasons for a return (e.g., not liking the item) would mean that the customer loses the delivery fee they paid, this should not be the case when the issue laid solely at the feet of Structube. I don't know why I had to lose $69 as a return fee when I received two damaged tables from Structube. I ended up getting a better quality table from another company.

    Cheap Junk Marked Up

    I purchased a $2000 couch. It arrived with significant water damage. Structube would not refund or allow me to return and continuously sent me the same form email again and again. I tried to cover the damage with a throw and use it anyway. After a few months, the leather began to split in certain places and the whole structure felt wobbly. Again, they would not address the issue. Obviously the couch was a cheaply made piece of junk marked up by X10. They’re not to be trusted- save your money.

    Product and service

    The regional manager sivic was a very rude non professional ignorant person I don’t know who and how he was given a job nevermind the position he is in. He does not listen to the customer and accuses them without any knowledge of how items were deliverd. I do not recommend purchasing from this store they have no customer service and quality of there furniture is very bad.This company does not even have a main office number or a person you could actually communicate with.
