Purchased 3 bar chairs, a sofa and 2 single couch/chairs less than 2 months ago. Quality of the chairs are disappointing. During installation, the zippers at the bottom of the sofa fell out (never seen such poor quality!). In a month, lever in one of the bar chairs stopped working (that is used to change the height). The legs of other chairs are required tightening almost every 10 days. Will never repeat purchase from Structube. Worst set of furniture I have ever used.Answer from pro:

Structure has a great selection of condo size furniture that is modern trendy and timeless. They provided us with exceptional service and the quality of the products are excellent. Even though you normally have to wait a few weeks before your item arrives from Montreal it is worth the wait, as the products are what made our condo feel more like a home.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

My in store experience went well; however the third party contractor they use for the delivery was rude, unreliable, and delivered the products damaged. When I contacted Structube to discuss my issues with the contractor they informed me that "it wasn't their problem and there was nothing they can do about it". This made me realize that once they receive your money and leave the store they will not take responsibility for the product; however they need to realize the third party contractor reflects very poorly on the Structure brand.Answer from pro:

Ordered the chairs and they came ahead of what I expected, service was excellent both when I ordered the chairs and when I picked them up. My only comment is that I have a baby and a very small stroller and still had a LOT of trouble navigating your pinecrest store- items are too close and routes are too small- if I was in a wheelchair I would not have been able to get through.Review from HomeOwner HomeOwner

The table and chairs are well made and the clean lines work well with my decor. The service at the store was great, ordering and pickup was a breeze. Highly recommend.
