    Love Structube!

    I purchased 2 dining chairs and an end table from Structube. They were easy to put together, and everything is well made with high quality materials. I love Structube. Great quality at a great price, and my local store (West Hills, Calgary) has exemplary service.

    Beautiful Home, Thanks To Structube

    I've purchased a lot of different things from them; a dining table and chairs, and a large standing lamp being a few. Everything works great! Good build quality, and so so beautiful. Customer service was fantastic, too. My home looks like something out of a magazine thanks to Structube.

    Love our Sectional!

    We absolutely love our new sectional. The sales team were very helpful, the process was quick and easy. Shipping took a little longer but it's because the item was out of stock, however we recieved follow up phone calls once the product was back in stock. Delivery went smoothly, they were able to work around our schedule. The sectional is so comfortable, it fits perfectly in our space. Was so easy to put together! This is the 3rd item we have purchased from structube and we will be making more purchases in the future!

    Damaged end tables

    We bought Zak, reclaimed teak accent tables in early July. While they were listed as 'in stock' we had to wait nearly a month to pick them up. Each of the three tables was scratched and one had a large dent/crack on the side. There was also a strong chemical odour. We took them back within the seven day return window and received a refund without issue. Based on the lack of quality controls I'd be hard pressed to recommend Stuctube but they made the return process hassle free.

    Chairs, benches

    We bought chairs and benches and stools for our cafe and love the look and sturdiness of them! The stools and chairs match and create cohesion in our space. All employees that helped us were friendly and helpful.

    Great products and service. I had a problem with one product and they were quick to fix it. I would recommend Structube to anyone looking for trendy products without going broke. Love it, my favourite on th market so far!!

    Eiffel chair

    I bought the Eiffel chair on the website and absolutely love it. It was very easy to assemble and is so great for the price point ($49). Overall satisfied :)

    Defective Sofa

    My husband and I purchased a sectional sofa for our home in December of 2018, within a month the material began to pil. (before even attempting to clean it) As time went on and I CAREFULLY cleaned it, the piling got worse, to the point that friends would comment on how terrible my "brand new" couch looked. I emailed pictures to the company and store, to which i recieved no response. I call and spoke to the store manager and was told "it was the worst case of piling they had seen" and she would get back to me, two weeks went by. I called/emailed numerous times and finally spoke to the manager again, I was told they would attempt to de-pil it for me (im almost 2 hours from the closest store) which was quite inconvenient and if that didn't work they would replace it. I WAS TOLD TO LOOK FOR A REPLACEMENT COUCH. never heard back, called, got the run around. Chose the replacement couch, spoke with ast manager about it. Said i'd hear from the manager. Never heard. After over a month of calling and asking what's next I was told today, "THERES NOTHING WE CAN DO, BYE" I am absolutely disgusted with the customer service I received from this company. I work in customer service and will make SURE every one of my clients hears my story and will never buy from this company again. The picture attached was taken MONTHS after purchase. Absolutely terrible.

    Structube - Very bad customer service

    Ordered table December 2018 with estimated ship date of Jan 8. Jan 8 comes, no notification. Called structube on hold for 15 minutes. They tell me system showing new date of Jan 28. They can't provide further details and refuse to escalate so I can get better supply chain info. Jan 28 comes no updates from Structube. Call today (Jan 29) and they tell me new in stock date is Feb 19. I ask for manager callback. They say they will "put in the request". No call.

We strive to provide accurate estimated arrival dates, however, occasionally, product arrivals may be delayed due to circumstances outside of Structube’s control.
