I called knight plumbing when I noticed an issue with the drainage in my basement. I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment next day. Chris and Bing were an amazing team, very knowledgeable and helpful. They identified the problem quickly and got to work to resolve it. Chris was especially helpful explaining everything and answering all of my questions. I would definitely recommend Knight plumbing to anyone in need of a plumber.

Both of our hot water tanks were leaking and needed to be replaced. They were pretty old. Chris and Tristan came the morning that we called and installed two new tanks. They were both friendly, informative, helpful, and business-like. I would recommend them to anyone!

Had new boiler installed as 24 year old boiler near end of life. Geoff with Knight Plumbing explained thoroughly all our options. Decided on new system for our heated floors and daily hot water needs. Geoff was very professional and designed and installed a wonderful system. Every day he would give us updates on his progress. He kept his area clean and tidy and was a real gentleman. We are extremely happy with our new system. Have been using Knight Plumbing and Heating for all our heating, plumbing, boiler and A/C needs for more than 10 years now. Great service and people!

Tyler was very knowledgeable and helpful in fixing a sump pump that failed during a flash flood. We were lucky he had a spare on his truck that day and he was efficient and came very quickly after hours to help us out. We appreciated it very much!

We had a great experience with Knight Plumbing from estimation with Jason to the installation team [Chris, Dave, Cat]. The job took 3 days to complete and the installation team was on time everyday and on schedule. Polyb was replaced in our 3 story house. First day was cutting holes and discovering where all the ployb ran to the plumbing fixtures. Second day was when the water was turned off; turned back on eod with working laundry, kitchen and 2 bathrooms - that was really nice. Third day water was on till they did the final water test with all ployb replaced. We were very impressed with how Chris, Dave and Cat worked together to get the job done. They were fun to work with and can tell they were experienced in ployb replacement. This was a big reno project for us with lots of holes in walls and ceilings but we think it was worth it for peace of mind. Still have drywall to work to contract out so expecting that to messy.
