We had been having problems with our furnace, on and off, on and off. We feared the worst, a replacement! However, once Karl came through, on time, professional, efficient. By the time he left the faulty sensor was fixed and we had a CO2 monitor installed. Extremely happy with the whole experience.

Knight Plumbing is the first company we call. We have been clients for over four years, and this week they have come through for us again. Our tank-less hot water system stopped working yesterday evening, and we were put in touch with their on-call plumber Jay W and through a good discussion we decided to wait for regular business hours and rates. Today we had Jay W come in person and fix the problem promptly, courteously and professionally. I appreciated getting the rates over the phone, and again in person before the work started, so the bill was not a surprise. Thanks to Jay and the team at Knight Plumbing!

My furnace stopped working, I phoned a couple places for info. Karl from Knight plumbing and heating called me back and answered my questions. The fact that Karl was polite and patient with my questions I decided to go with Knight heating. The furnace diagnosis and repair did not take long. The tech Karl took his time to explain everything to me and helped me understand my heating system. I would use this company again.

I am so grateful to Knight Plumbing. It was a surprisingly pleasant experience having my kitchen faucet replaced. Dan, the technician, was prompt, efficient and professional. He kindly price-matched the faucet replacement to the one which I had initially chosen but was not available. The product he installed turned out to be even nicer than the one I had selected. I would certainly have Knight Plumbing back again.

Early Morning on Dec. 18, we had a problem with our hot water tank. Our Technician Jay showed up in the afternoon and Professional explained what needed to be done with a Friendly attitude. I am very pleased and recommend the service.

Clint was our technician and he was on time, courteous, clean cut and very professional. He came in did the required job and did not waste time. Clint is an asset to this company. I would highly recommend them for any of your plumbing jobs

Knight Plumbing is the best plumbing company we have ever dealt with. When the plumber came to to this work he was finished in 15 minutes. We expected we would then pay and he would leave. BUT - he said "you are paying for this service call (one hour) so why don't I check ALL other faucets/toilets/shut off valves etc. while I am here. He even went so far as to pull out the washing machine (never been done before) AND on top of it all checked our 2 smoke detectors and 2 carbon monoxide detectors and the gas flames in our 2 fireplaces. Left us with a detailed check list of all of this inspection. Finished within our allotted time at no extra charge. One never expects this extent of service!!! Now I/we are having this excellent company give us a quote for the replacement of 8 toilets in an apartment bldg we are associated with. Have COMPLETE trust in their expertise and ethics.

I would shut off the hot water but it still ran out in the tub. Called Knight plumbing that day and they came out by 3PM. Jason and Ciara showed up on time and were polite and very courteous. I was nervous as to pricing but they had a black binder with set prices and it made me feel at ease. The price was great and the service was tremendous. Thank you Jason and Ciara for making a stressful situation so easy.

The two gentlemen ( Jay and Tyler) that installed my new toilet were awesome!! They quoted me the cost before proceeding with the work. They were friendly, efficient, and did a great job cleaning up after the work was done. I have used Knight plumbing several times ( I have an older home) and have always had great service!! I highly recommend them.
