I had an emergency poly-B leak on a weekend and Dave fit me in. He did some triage over the phone to ensure it was something he could fix. He had it fixed up in 1.5 hours and gave me some tips for ways to prevent/detect leaks in the future.

We had a number of issues with the in/floor heating system for our basement and garage, showing up in unreliable operation. It was determined that a main pump needed replacing, a backflow valve needed installing and the whole system needed draining and refilling. Work was done reliably and with a minimum of fuss

I have been dealing with Geoff at Knight Plumbing for 3 years now. He is a personable, knowledgeable and professional technician. He came out recently to perform my annual tankless hot water system inspection which is part of my Knight Plumbing Preferred Membership benefits, and he also performed a complimentary furnace inspection while he was here. I told him about an issue with my furnace, which he looked into and made a modification to the furnace settings without charge. Geoff is a good ambassador for Knight Plumbing and Heating.

We used Knights for a bathroom Reno and were very happy with the service and quote process. They came back multiple times for different stages of the process and did a great job. We are on the yearly inspection plan. Our furnace was making a weird, not normal noise so we called in to get out yearly inspection. Our technician, George arrived promptly as per our appointment. He has done our inspections before so we know him. George discovered our problem was simply a loose cover over the filter chute which he easily rectified. He did a thorough inspection of our furnaces and hot water tank. We are now completely confident in our equipment for this winter. Because this was our included yearly inspection there was no charge. The cost included in this review is because it will not allow you to enter zero. A great company, great service and employees.

The staff that take care of the Furnace are always friendly. It's also nice to have the same person coming back every year or in between when you have extra jobs to do. They have a small town feel in a big city atmosphere

They were professional, polite and was no hassle, easy to deal with. They explained to me from the beginning what they will do and what to expect and finish the job pretty quick. The results were good, I am satisfied!

We had two bathroom fans replaced and old duct was to narrow. Karl and Tony came out did the replacement quickly and efficiently. They were both very pleasant for work. I will definitely use Knight for future plumbing and heating needs.
