Dave came to my house this past Monday to help remove an old bathroom faucet. Dave was friendly, on time and very informative. He advised me of additional work that will require my attention in the coming months. Dave was really clean with his work, leaving my bathroom immaculate after he was done the new install. I always call Knight for my furnace and plumbing needs and you should too!

Derek and the team were professional, courteous and patient. He explained the process of either fixing or replacing the hot water tank, provided the quote and within 2 days replaced it seamlessly. No effort required on our part as they took care of everything. Big shout out to their exceptional service.

Trent and Owen were a pleasure to deal with. They installed my new furnace in less than four hours. They left everything as they found it (ie: they cleaned up after themselves and left no trace). Both very very pleasant and professional.

Dave was on time, very knowledgable, tidy and did a great job installing our new hot water tank. Brad was also here to help and was a valuable addition to the team. Igor was my technician. He did a great job troubleshooting and determined the furnace motor wouldnt start due to faulty control module. He replaced the faulty motor control module. Unfortunately the new control module had an also had a switch problem and wouldnt shut off. Knight will be replacing the new module under warranty once the new part comes in. At least we have heat until a replacement part comes in stock.

Much thanks to Geoff and Greg for expedient and accurate repair of my boiler exhaust duct system. Would recommend.

The leak was detected quickly and repaired fast. The technician Gingra was pleasant and explained things well.
