It was taking 90 seconds or more for the water to get lukewarm at the kitchen taps. Called with the problem on Monday, by Tuesday noon the issue was resolved. Service manager stopped in to diagnose and wrote the instructions for the technician. Technician knew exactly what he was up against and what to do. No stories about out of stock parts or comments like 'they never told me that'. Spotted another problem during the inspection which was fixed by the technician during the same visit. Outstanding service!!

The Technician inspected our current thermostat and determined that the switch was defective. He replaced it with a new Honeywell model.

Jason installed a sink when I changed the countertop. As usual, his service was prompt and professional. When he has completed the job, I know it's done right. I highly recommend him to other customers.

Old water tank developed a leak and we decided to replace it with on demand hot water. Decided also to upgrade aging furnace to new high efficiency unit. We have used Knight in the past and are confident in their abilities and integrity. Service was fast, clean and efficient and their staff are first rate in answering any questions. Excellent job!

Tyler was very pleasant and accommodating to deal with. The repair was simple although he had to pick up a new handle and so the cost was high due to additional travel time. I appreciated the promptness of the service call.

Called to book an appointment to have my furnace & hot water heater inspected as well as a minor repair on a drain hose from the furnace. Was called back very quickly to confirm appointment, technician Geoff arrived on time and was very friendly informative and thorough. The job was completed in a timely manner and professionally. While I found Knight Plumbing to be friendly and to do a good job installing our water heater, I found out after the fact that I ended up paying a significant amount more than I would have if I would have gone with other companies. I wish I had I done my research and compared prices instead of panicking when our water heater stopped working.

They were friendly, prompt, efficient and explained everything...which was extremely important to me. Would highly recommend them.
