Really great service. Quick and efficient. Karl went above and beyond 'just getting the job done.' Doing things like checking the freon levels and topping it up for us. Everything was communicated clearly and concisely. No surprise charges, what was promised was delivered.

Kevin, Chad and Lee were very professional, friendly and answered all my questions. Showed me everything that they were doing. Respected my home and cleaned up after. Great guys and great service. Definetly would recommend Knight

The good: We had a leak late in the afternoon and called Knight plumbing. The technician came and gave us instructions on how to "survive" till next day. He also made sure we are aware of the higher fees during emergency/late hours. The bad: Another guy came next day and couldn't figure out where is the leak is. It ended up to be an easy fix that probably could've been done by a thorough visual inspection, but we ended up with ugly cut out ceiling. I know that this is normal practice, but this wasn't necessary in our case. The service was quick in general, but it didn't feel very professional.

The condo had a leaky faucet in one of the bathrooms. Made a call in the evening and the work was done the first thing next morning. Colin was the technician. Great job!

I called Dave at knight plumbing and he had been talking to my grandson about prices the price he gave me sounded reasonable and after some thought my wife and I decided to go with Knight plumbing. Jason(Big J )and Tyler came out with a phone call first and when they came they were very professional they got all the particulars and proceeded to change out tank after a short while they came and notified my wife and I that the job was all done The job was well done and on time in a very Clean manner as like these two tecks Very clean, In future I will use this Company again and I will recommend as well to others (Larry Ames )
