Ross provided excellent service. The job was very well done and Ross went the extra mile to ensure that even the small details were considered.The right amount of materials were ordered and the location was spotless when he was done. I would highly recommend Ross.

We are absolutely delighted with Ross’s work in our home. He did a variety of tasks and in everything his work was exemplary. He was thorough, experienced, skilled, efficient and dependable. He is a very competent craftsman with a pleasant nature. We will be calling for him again.

If you have a plumbing question or problem, Robert is your man. Very skilled and experienced. He went to the extra effort of resolving previous plumbing errors. We were very pleased.

Wow! I can't believe all the positive comments for Ross. He has been TERRIBLE for us!!! We needed 2 doors installed (Front door and man door to the garage). He came for a quote back on APR. 15 (over 3 months ago). Once we agreed to his estimate, he asked us to go to Windsor Plywood to order our doors as he prefers to work with them. He would pick up the doors on the day of install. We ordered our doors the following week. Takes ~4 weeks. They called us MAY 20 to tell us the doors were in, but no word from Ross. We repeatedly called Handyman; trying to set up an appt. with Ross to come install our doors. We got excuse after excuse (he wasn't returning their calls, he's out of town, he's all booked up, etc., etc.). We then asked for someone else to do the install but we were told NO, Ross has to do it! FINALLY, we get an appt. for JUNE 26 and Ross tells us the installs will take 3-4 hrs (TOPS). My husband booked the morning off, but had important meetings in the afternoon. After 4hrs, he was nowhere near finishing and when I got home at 5.00PM, he was still working (husband missed his meetings). We watched him for an hour trying to install a lock on the garage door. It was EXTREMELY PAINFUL. As he was leaving, he said the lock was faulty and WE had to go return it ASAP and get a new one and he would be back the next day. My husband took another day off work, but Ross didn't show up until after 3PM. RESULTS: 1. Front door does not FIT properly. It rubs against the frame and there is a big gap in the bottom corner. (So glad I'm providing free AC for the City of Calgary in this heat way). 2. Missing touch up kit for Front Door (that was mysteriously missing on p/u). 3. Garage Door lock doesn't work properly (the lock drill hole is not deep enough so it cannot close completely). TODAY IS JULY 29 AND HE HAS STILL NOT BEEN BACK TO COMPLETE THE JOB!! Also, the reason we needed a new garage man-door is because our old one split in half. During this EXTREMELY LONG WAIT for service, our garage was BROKEN INTO (not difficult) and we had items taken. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN EASILY AVOIDED WITH ACCEPTABLE SERVICE TIMES. We have contacted the Handyman office many times over this situation and they seem completely unsympathetic, but have managed to offer us A 5% DISCOUNT! WOW! 5% FOR ALL THIS CRAP!! The ONLY reason I give 2 Stars is because we've used them for various services in the past and they've been great. It's too bad we have received this AWFUL service, as we will likely NEVER use them again!! Such a shame!!

Ross was exceptional. He was prompt, courteous and did an excellent job of installing cupboards in our laundry room. He finished the job in a timely manner. Thanks Ross - much appreciated.

I have never used Handyman Connection before, but needed a ceiling fan installed, so called them. A nice older gentleman came out and I must say, he certainly knew his job. He was very thorough and very pleasant, even explaining some things to me as he went along. Would certainly hire him again. Very pleased with his work. Thank you, Duanne.

Ross is a consummate professional. His work is excellent. In our case, he creatively addressed a tricky removal of wallpaper and replacement of drywall. I highly recommend Ross and Handyman Connection.

My mother was coming to stay with us at our old home in Varsity and she has some mobility issues. Since our bedrooms were on a top floor, we needed to install support railings in the stairs. We called a few places and Handyman connection was the first too respond. The service was completed quickly and we also had our front door weather stripping replaced. Will use again in the future for sure.

We were first time users of Handyman Connection and were very pleased with the service we received. Our previous experience was that it was hard to get a handyman to do small repair jobs. They either did not return calls or did not show up. Handyman Connection booked the appointment within a day of contacting them and Ross was on time for all appointments. I would highly recommend Ross. He did a great job fixing a pocket door that was rubbing and fixing a screen door that didn't close properly. He was very professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to use Handyman Connection for future repairs and would request they send Ross.

I bought a toilet through Home Depot and received a free installation. The installer arrived on time and was very professional and kind. The work was done quickly and perfectly done.
