These guys took our money and built my home not even following the plans. Became a nightmare with bad work ethic and many mistakes. Told us take about a year.After 18 months not even close to finishing broken pipe and broken promises. Then they packed up and left the job. Blew all the money on taking trips for themselves. After all the headaches proceeded to take us to court and sue me. So if you hire these guys that's exactly what will happen.

Had a contact for a home build supposed to take 12 to 14 months . After 2 years and many mistakes and miss orders and break ins hired a lawyer to break free of our contact. There quality is down right terrible and poor work ethic costing me $300,000 to repair there mistakes. Completed at best 70 percent with poor quality.

Night mare! BE AWARE!They promised the best and we get poor and shoddy workmanship. They have not idea how to built a custom home, refuse to give us a finished date, said take 10 months is been 2 years! Our home is not even close to be finished. They using someone elses license and construction company. I have to lawyer up.

I hired MPB Construction to build a suite in my unfinished basement. Not only did they do an unbelievable job, they're knowledge of the local housing market allowed me to budget cost and future revenue from the suite. I am know able to stay in my home far into retirement. Thank you MPB Construction.

MPB just finished the reno of our kitchen and family room in May 2014. Wow! I'm so impressed. Everything I have read about renos tells you how terrible they can be. Not so with these people, they were so professional that i can't rate them high enough. Everyone who sees the completed work is impressed with the quality of the workmanship. Tim Murphy the project manager is to be commended on the excellent management of the crew and site conditions. They were very accommodating and pleasant to have around. Renovations are never cheap but we were very pleased with the cost for the value received. Highly recommended!

MPB worked with us in 2013 to achieve a total home renovation. They were open and flexible with our ideas, working within our budget, and overcoming the inevitable obstacles that crop up along the way with any large or small renovation We would work with MPB again.

MPB provided excellent service all around on our home addition a couple of years ago. They were very tidy, always cleaned up each day, kept us aware of everything they were going to do. They were EXTREMELY helpful in helping us get our design thru the permitting office when we had to go for a building variance. They were so patient through the process, when we were ready to give up. The project, once construction started - later than we thought because of the building permit issue, took a little longer than I hoped but in the end everything is great. They totally kept us in formed on anything that was an extra and worked with us to keep the costs in line with the budget. No surprise added extras - everything explained before work was done. Their price may have been higher than others but the service, professionalism and final result definitely was worth it.

This is a company that does everything that they say they will do plus more. All of the work was excellent in quality. They looked after the construction, plumbing, electrical and the painting. They always left the worksite clean at the end of the day. If ever I have another Reno to do, I would definitely hire MPB, AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS!!

MPB put an 800 sq ft addition on our house. Our house started out with 1 bathroom, now we have 3. They put in a new laundry room with cabinets as well. They installed an on-Demand water heater, and since we have never run out of hot water. The air quality has greatly improved and energy efficiency has gone up as well. The installers were very professional. They provided an architect, designer as well as installers. Everything right down to the nuts and bolts was done incredibly well. They also put a new driveway in for us. We would definitely recommend them to a friend, they did a great job!!!

Arnie and his team renovated our entire two story, 3000 square foot home. They stripped the house down to the studs, put in new plumbing and electrical, new wall, ceilings, windows, flooring. They were great to work with, listened to our requirements and needs and always did their best to accommodate our needs. Their slogan is "no problem" and nothing was. They finished the project on time plus two weeks.
