I cant say enough about this company. My wife and I hit it off with them from the beginning. They understood our vision and executed it to perfection. Our basement and main floor are now amazing spaces filled with innovation and design. We waited a few months to write this posts to see how they would treat us after the job was paid for and it was like already paying didn't mater. The guys who work for this company are professional and always on time. We wouldn't hesitate using them again

I would highly recommend the Home Improvement People. They came on time for the initial quote, followed up efficiently, and the job was completed within the time frame expected. The tradesman were friendly, and did a clean and quality job. We are enjoying our beautiful basement daily. I have since recommended Home Improvement People to my friend and she is happy as well.

We used The HIP for a second time this spring. Once again they came through. We will be calling them again for a third time next spring. Thank you to the crew and office staff that made the experience terrific.

We recently hired The Home Improvement People for our basement renovation and can't express how pleased we are with the experience. We initially met with Dan and had also received 3 other quotes. No one else was as informative, patient and gave us the ideas about layout like Dan did. The quote was very competitive to the others we received but we felt very confident that moving forward with The Home Improvement People was the best decision. Once the crew showed up we were so impressed! They were so polite and offered many ideas to help maximize my space in ways I would never have imagined. They were all very professional and kept to the schedule ensuring to keep us posted along every step of the way regarding who was coming and when. All their trades were absolutely wonderful. We can't wait to hire them again for our kitchen!

I am so pleased with The Home Improvement People. There quality of workmanship was excellent and we got exactly what we expected. Price was spot on. Timing to complete the projects couldn't be better. They finished a couple day early. Elia and his tradesmen were so professional, and clean. Very attentive and respectful. I have a big problem with my building and the entire time restrictions of when noise can be done. Example contractors can work from 9-5 only. The staff was very understanding and made sure everything got done by the time frame and also the deadline that was given. Have already recommended H.I.P. to numerous friends and family. Never had to worry about anything. Allowed me to go about my day without a worry!

After living with a bathroom that was older than I was, I finally sought quotes to have it renovated. I met with a few companies, but was most impressed with HIP. Not only were they the most transparent with respect to pricing, they were flexible and worked within my budget. Their work was exactly what they promised-beautiful and seamless work, completed earlier than promised and I couldn't be happier. I have recommended them to many of my friends with similar experiences to mine. Thanks Ben and Dan.

Great company. On time and on budget. They take tremendous pride in their work and stop at nothing to get it done properly. Wouldn't look any further for Reno guys. This is the company to use.

It was then to redo our kids bathroom. We went with The HIP because of the great things we heard about them. They came on time each day, cared for our home and for our need to live in the house during the renovation. They were done in less then two weeks and we are enjoying it so much.
